Paid and no goods
I purchased and paid for my order on 11 September. I haven’t received my order yet and they do not respond to my emails. Don’t use this company.

Very inferior merchandise...stones fell out on the 1st day of use
Browns ruined my 20th wedding anniversary. My husband purchased a diamond & sapphire ring and necklace set. The sapphire fell out on the 1st day that I wore the set, which was on the day of my anniversary. We returned the goods and are still waiting for a refund nearly 2 weeks after returning the faulty goods. The quality of the goods sold at browns is very inferior as a few months ago a tanzanite fell off from my pendant, I had used the pendant no more than 3 or 4 times. Luckily I managed to find the stone. Initially I was told that I need to pay for the stone to be set and when I refused, cos it wasn’t even 6 months that the pendant was purchased, they set it free of charge.

Curves and Bevels Worse service ever
<p>Used curves and bevels to do my kitchen. However when they were 60% complete with the installation, the installer started asking for more money indicating that certain items were not included in the quote even though it was specified. They then refused to come back to the site and complete the job. We have paid them in full, biggest mistake. </p> <p>We then realised that they had "shrunk"the whole kitchen and installed fewer cupboards with fewer accessories. </p> <p>Dont use this company to do your kitchen, very unprofessional bunch of people from Isla perry in sales to Ken Staples and Nolene the owner. </p> <p> </p>
