These people are ****, been battling a year and a half with them, eventually they gave me a Office 365 key for free and after several times trying to redeem the code its still not working, so after telling them how I feel about them via messenger they just blocked me after saying there is nothing they can do for me. I had to change my vpn to China etc just to make this work and still it did not work at all!!! This company is a ***** and sell false products! Don't buy from them,!
After several attempts you forced me to write a review on Hallo Peter. We bought the Office with the 5T OneDrive space in December of 2022, since we have set up the one drive, we had issues they had to solve via Office, They changed my login details several times and was very helpful in the beginning and responded very fast. Up to now 6 months later it’s still not sorted out and I can't use my one drive, this is a big issue as I can’t access my Lightroom or Quickbooks and can’t save any work either. I have explained it several times and messaged and emailed them for assistance, with very slow to no response, I asked again and again and again. Last response was on the 16th of May, I quote "Good morning Barnard, we hope you're doing well. As mentioned in our previous messages, we advised you on how to save your files. Please make sure to save them as instructed. Rest assured, we will provide you with updates or a replacement once we have further information. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you for your understanding." After asking 3 times again thereafter, last one the 30th of May I get NO response whatsoever via messenger or email. I gave up now!!! I am very disappointed and would really loved this small issue to be sorted out by now!
After I bought a airfyer "Capacity: approximately 15l" I received my order a couple of days after payment. Once I received the box I realized its quite small. So I opened it and was veey disappointed in the size. We were waiting for an extra large fryer because I heard people are complaining for the 4-6 liter machines as they are too small. So the 15L one sounded good. After I inspected the machine I tried to communicate with One Deal A Day? I've send them a message on their.whatsapp nr in 21 Feb and they inly replied on the 23rd where they said they will check my mail. So my wife emailed them the following after several attempts via whatsapp, messenger and emails; "RE: ORDER #543737 | Good evening, We have now sent numerous messages without reply. The item delivered is definitely not a 15 litre Air Fryer! It’s barely, maybe a 5 litre, this is false advertising as your advert said it’s a 15 litre! Could you please let me know if you are going to refund us for this item, as I’m definitely not happy! Please advise on way forward" We asked for a manager to get hold.of us with no reply or communication up to now 28 Feb. This company had zero communication skills and is definitely not helpful at all. I am very disappointed and would like to be refunded but there is just no way to get hold of a capable person to communicate with.
Had a very pleasant buying experience, bought a watch online on Monday and I called and a very friendly lady assured me the watch will be on time for a birthday gift by the weekend, Tuesday evening the courier called and it already arrived, I wasn't home and they called on Wednesday and had it delivered. keep up the good service, lots of companies can learn from you
