Good day. Enough is enough. For almost 3 month's now my WiFi is a verry big big probleme. So bad that I am so fed-up I want to unplug the equipment and cancel everything. In 2018-12-15 I had WiFi internet service 10MB WiFi line installed in my house by a company called Permanet Network Solutions. The installation took about 1 hour and I was verry satisfied with their service , for 1 year and 7 months everything was going good. A few small connection problems or bad WiFi signal but now problems until 2020-07-14. I called Petmanet Networks solutions to move my Wi-Fi from my old house to my new house. The company technician came to install my WiFi where by he told me the internet cable he had is not the right cable but they dont have stock . He connected everything and mounted the WiFi dish ouside. All good and well until 2020-10-09. My WiFi had very bad signal or no connection at all. I phoned the company's office and posted on there whatsapp group about my probleme. The WiFi conection and bad singal probleme lasted from 2020-10-09 until 2020-10--11. A Technician called and guided me over the phone on how to fix the probleme because they where too busy to came out and fix the probleme. So the connection probleme and bad signal was better but still not what it needed to be. On 2020-12-11 until 2020-12-20 about 9 days of calling and posting on their whatsapp group about the very same connection and bad signal or no internet signal probleme. The only response I got was a view phone calles and messages saying that I must unplug the power to the router or there was some interferences on my signal. After a big argument a technician came to my house on 2020-12-16. He cutted a piece of the internet cable out and said it is a fault inside the cable. He then made some adjustments on my WiFi router telling that there was a connection probleme on my router ports but it's fixed now. After he left my WiFi was excellent , the best it ever was until they had a WiFi tower failure on there side. Since 2021-01-10 the same problem which I complained about for over 3 months now is back. If you call or post on their whatsapp group they respond with very bad manners or no respond at all. My main point is , every month their money is paid on time. But when it comes to helping the customer its a very big probleme. Their excuses are always the same. 1.unplug youre router 2. Some interferences on your line 3.To much device's connected on your router.(How is it possible for 2 selfones and a smart box to drain a 10 MB uncapped line down to 0.06MB) 4.We will make some adjustments I am paying for a service which is not delivered or there is always a probleme with the service.. All I ask for is what I am paying for a 10MB WiFi line for Permanet Network Solutions. I spoke to their manager Kobus a couple of time but even then did it not help my situation at all. <p>Hello</p> <p>i am so unhappy about my services at motorama rustenburg.</p> <p>on 18 August 2015 i bought a second hand golf 6 tdi .</p> <p>The serves was good and was welcome with warm hands..</p> <p>I traded my previous car that had no second gear in on the golf 6.</p> <p>i told the salesman armand dewet what was wrong he said no probleme and did the trade..</p> <p>the day i colected the golf 6 they told me any probleme with the car bring it and we wil fix it. No probleme and we wil give you a curtsey car free of charge..</p> <p>i also took out exstra warrantys on the car for my own best will.</p> <p>After 8 months i stop by armand motorama and book the car for the clutch..after 3 week with no feed back from armand the clutch give in and i took it back for repairs.</p> <p>on my arivel at motorama armand aproutc me with out greeting and said they dont have a curtisy car sorry..</p> <p>A view word was said and we got in a augment</p> <p>where he blame me an said i new about the faulds on the previous car but said noting were by i told them all the faults.</p> <p>There service was very poor..</p> <p>after a long debate they help me with the clucth and said its the final and last time they will help me.</p> <p>There policy states that after 6 months there responsebility are done.but there words were diffrent the day i bought the car..they were full of false promises just to get ride of the car.</p> <p>3 months later i decided to sell my car and took a chance to go back to armand..</p> <p>where by he helped me but told me i must take the car to his father where by they can test drive it and make a desicion.</p> <p>i did so but his father renier had a very bad aprouch like iam a criminal selling him a pice of s****..</p> <p>he took the car for a test drive give it back and said sorry they have 3 golf 6 already..</p> <p>he was reading tru the car service book and misplaced it in my car..</p> <p>after 3 days i saw my books are not in my car i went back to fetch my books were i greeted renier and an other gentelman.</p> <p>when i asked if my service book wasn't here by fault renier started to shout i must get out he is not his son and he is not a thief.</p> <p>We argumented about the book were these other gentelmen try to agresively try to get me out of the office screaming and shouting they could have treated me like a human not chase me out like a animal..</p> <p>iam very unhappy ..</p> <p>they make empty promises in the beginning but after you buy the car they are diffrent people..</p>
