I was hit by a truck insured with HCV whilst stationary at a robot. Complaint is about the poor work ethic of its staff, in particular the legal manager who never seems to be there to take your calls. Incident happened in September and I am busy with a tug of war as they are trying to write my vehicle off and I am refusing. The most frustrating thing is the feedback and communication. Next step is the Ombudsman
<p>My partner submitted a cell phone claim on the 9th July 2016 with all the requirements in order to process and up until today we have not received a response form the insurance. </p> <p> </p> <p>We have been to the branch for assistance, so far they have sent numerous emails and even included a Branch Manager and Supervisor working in the insurance department and nothing...</p> <p> </p> <p>I have now reached the point were I have sent an email to the complaints department and will be taking it further to the short term insurance ombudsman if I do not receive a response on Monday the 1st August at ********** <p> </p> <p>It's that bad that i have now resorted to social media and will be posting this on HelloPeter. If nothing is done your latest debit order will be reversed and all future debit orders as well. </p> <p> </p> <p>Really disgusted at the service</p>
