Unfortunately not the first time, the courier guy in Newcastle has no sence of customer service neither do they care. The first incident was during the Amazon black Friday sale, delivery at work started arguing with the staff while waiting for me to receive the package. Completely unprofessional behavior. Second incident is today I'm waiting for a package from yesterday, first the tried to deliver it to the wrong address even after 3 emails and countless phone calls to change the address. They do not answer the phone and when they do the seemingly are so surprised. I am waiting two days for a package I stipulated I have other things to do I can't wait all day but still have not received my package. Not answering the phone or emails. Customer service non existent.
Makro has this product advertised I have tried to purchase it twice but my order keeps getting cancelled and I'm told the supplier is the problem (ADT ) yet the item is still advertised as available online only. You advertise a product, your supplier is according to you the problem yet you keep advertising the product and not fulfilling orders. What do we call this, false advertising?
Makro I purchased online in December 2024 it is now the 22/01/2025 and not only did I not receive my order I've received no feedback either. All my phone calls are being escalated apparently but I'm yet to receive my order or feedback on my order. I asked to speak to a supervisor today he/she declined to take my call. This is beyond terrible service it's a complete lack of service.
Absolutely delighted with my purchase and the service recieved from them.
Amazing quality of the products, much cheaper than any other site and delivery was amazingly fast. My questions where answered timeously and I will definitely support them again.
All items as expected, delivery within their stipulated time frame. I will purchase again.
