I have entered into an agreement with Weram International Group through its CEO named Wade Martin to develop an e-commerce platform. This was in Feb; it was agreed that I would pay 50% upfront, and it would take then 10 weeks to complete the project; this was supposed to end in the first week of May. May came and went; still no product/platform or code work worth the 50% paid so far. I even had to get lawyers involved; he told me that he was to submit the work two weeks ago, now in June, when he received my lawyer's correspondence. He then changed and said he had to brief his lawyers now that I have involved my lawyer. All the gentleman needed to do was to hand over the work if that was exceeded. Two weeks later, we haven't heard from him and his lawyer. I don't even know what he is briefing the lawyer on, because he is the one who is in breach of our agreement. I can't move to other developers because the gentleman won't talk; the address that appears on their invoice is not their office address. Nobody knows about them.
my wife transferred 16000 from her standard bank account to her capitec account on the 1st of July, to this day she has not received the money and the bank is indifferent about the the frustration they have caused us with our money that is stuck in their system. they keep telling us that the money will reflect a day after, it doesn't and it will reflect in the even it didn't and today they told us the department responsible is not working on Saturday. standard bank in the worst bank
worse logistics services on the face of the earth. they have a useless whatsapp line, which is never replied or checked. not even by a robot. their tracking system simply suck. i will not encourage my worse enemy to use their service.
i withdrew money from my savings on the 16th of August 2021, to date I have not receive the money, last week on Monday 20th Sept their consultant said i will get the money between Wednesday and Friday last week. it is Monday today 27/09/2021, i still have not received the money. they used to have a telephone service line where such withdrawals could take up to 5 days, they have replaced that with WhatsApp line that clearly don't work. as if this is not frustrating enough, they have the worst call centre client service by far, you need to call more than 3 times before you can finally get help.
<p>i visited NW town of Rustenburg over the past weekend, due to technical error with the bank, i made double payments to the guest house, i made them aware and even sent proof of payment. they promised that they will refund me on Monday (2016/08/01), i gave them my banking details, on Monday they i enquired and the told me that the hotel owner refunded me, however no money showed up in my account, Tuesday i called to ask, they told me that money will reflect either on Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning, still no money on Wednesday. i called and demanded to speak to the owner/Manager, they refused to give me his contact details, and from the lady called Charmaine, with whom i have been in contact with started avoiding me and dropping my calls. i want my R2220, its mine. i dont encourage anyone to ever book in this guesthouse. </p>
