Quick and efficient
<p>Katanga gave me quick responses and were so efficient in answering all my questions. They even offered me information that was outside their scope and would not bring in any money to them. Even though I was not able to make use of their services, I would recommend them due to the service I received.</p>

Shocking
<p>I have a contract with Vodacom. I was charged for a specific amount not one branch could explain. I figured out on my own that they didn't deduct my monthly fees for a month or two and then they charged me in bulk plus penalty, although there was enough money in my bank at any given time. I then requested to cancel my debit order so that I can make the monthly payments directly.. it has about 4 months.. and it has still not been done. I receive no answer if I don't email a few times, every couple of days. One of the branches in Stellenbosch, Eikestad Mall, did not even try and assist, the guy just shrugged his shoulders and said sorry, he can't check what is going on for me. He literally didn't even ask me anything or attempt to assist me at all. Even accounts (from Vodacom) kept calling me for payments, but they could not tell me what the amounts were for. Absolutely some of the worst service I have experienced in my life.</p>

So much potential, so poorly managed
<p>I booked 4 cottages weeks in advance for a birthday.</p> <p>Firstly, I gave the breakdown of amount of people as well as their names and that there is one infant in email, repeatedly. Not once was I told that I have to pay for the infant, so I didn't ask my friend to pay for her son (only a few months old).. so we paid for an infant R110 per night, the same amount as per adult.. this makes no sense.. and we were not advised about this. Also, we were not advised to bring cash for the keys as a deposit. I don't carry cash on me, and the closest place is to drive a very bad road to Moorreesburg.</p> <p>The cottages all cost the same, but one has a sitting room and kitchen with room and bathroom, and the other cottages only have a tiny bedroom and even tinier kitchen with a fireplace that smokes into the cottage.</p> <p>The cottages had holes in the door, stuffed with newspaper, the service received was poor, the pool table did not work and even though we were repeatedly told that they will fix it, not once did they make an effort do do that.</p> <p>The kitchen closed before 17h00 on the Saturday and where a local could still order food, we were not allowed to. The only reason why I am giving them 2 stars are due to the beautiful setting and the potential the place has.</p>
