Really disappointed by level of service from the wood cutting desk @ Builders Warehouse Cape Gate. The individual managing the desk was full of excuses like: - he is alone on duty - difficult to get to the wood to the cutter - eish NOT to do any business with 45mins + till closing time. Advising I should come back tomorrow. I will be returning tomorrow, BUT to another store who WANTS to do business. I mean - it takes literally a few minutes to cut sheet.
Super Rude Individual working there! There door was not fully closed, and there was no “back-in” notice on the door. I opened the door, went in, and was scolded for not having manners and letting myself in. Not a way to speak to any customer. I will never go back
Bad service. Under staffed, slow service. Wait extremely long to get any service. Pizza oven not hot enough for lunch service. Customers standing outside waiting to be seated turned around and walk away to another restaurant, and the manager did seem to care to much… Extremely disappointed.
This has been the second morning I have arrived at the Virgin Active Durbanville branch at 5am in the morning to be told the can’t open due to load-shedding. This is purely bad customer service. 1. Surely you have all your customers cellphone numbers - a notification will be a good start! 2. Most people booked classes - you have their email addresses as well - a notification will be great informing them of the issues experienced! Or at least a general communication informing customer that the branch is experiencing issues with its power - BUT JUST NOTHING!!!! Simply telling me to go to another branch does not work!

Shocking service at the Durbanville Standard bank branch. Long que, no system, no tellers and a very unhelpful and unfriendly lady at the entrance of the bank. How in the world can only 2 individuals (at times 1 disappeared) service all the clients on Friday? Nice new interior but the service sucks!
<p>The receptionist called me to inform that my appointment to replace my windscreen was for the 8th of August @ 08:00. As I arrived there on time the receptionist informs me my windscreen would only be available on the 11th of August. Nobody of PG Glass informed me with regards to this situation, and no apaology - resulting in a waste of time!</p>
