I ordered a 12-pack of food for my dogs, but only received 1 can. My mother in law ordered the same and received her full 12 for her dogs. So it is not a listing issue. It is a picking issue. I contacted Amazon who then placed an order for replacement. I ordered on the 24th of November. Now, after following up, they say that we are only going to get our replacement by 12 January 2026 once "the investigation" has been completed. This is unacceptable. The internal investigations have absolutely nothing to do with the customers. This was not the first issue I experienced with Amazon. They sent me a used product on a previous order too.
<p>I applied for a contract with Telkom online, I waited days before someone contacred me to complete the application process. After they did, I found out that their 3G coverage is bas in areas where I regularly go for work so the contract would have ti be cancelled. I was told that I hace 5 to 7 days from applying cancel to cancel the contract. I tried to get a hold of them for 2 hours (on the same day of applying) to cancel the contract and when I finally reached them, I was told that I couldn't be found on the system, I was transferred to 3 different consultants and still no one could find mebon the system. I contacted Telkom on Facebook and they had the same ffleedback and confirmed that there is no contract tied to my name and ID number - shocking but seeing as I didn't want the contract any longer I was happy. They also confirmed when I asked that no debit orders will go off on my bank account and no money is owed. This morning, a week later, I gt a notification from my bank that Telkom has deducted the debit order for the contract - despite the dozens of attempts to cancel the contract and being told there are none on my name. I am furious. This is disgusting and I will be telling each and every person that I come into contact to about my horrible experience with Telkom. Useless if you ask me. I need my money back right now and I would like to hear their excuse will be for this one. Totally unacceptable!</p>
