If I could give them a negative star I would. I first came in contact with Clearme Now in September 2024, I received a call from Zinhle who explained well the process, at that time, I was only left with a one month to settle a loan which was not part of the debt review process. To make the story short. To start the process, I paid Clearme Now R5000. I was then assigned to Van Der Walt Inc. To make the story short, I have NEVER received any update from them both. I had to follow up every month, they kept on postponning and today we are at a year and 2 months later. I do not trust any postive rating that are on this page, I suspect them to be their own people because they failed me. I ended up having to go to another debt concillor who assisted me. I wasnt my R5000 back, the service I received from Clearme now is the wors ever. Imagine a year and 2 months . I used to read of people being ****med until it happened to me
I live in a Balwin Property, Cape Town called De Kuile Lifestyle Estate: The Estate is great until you experience problems. Secure-Yes, Quiet-Yes, Beutiful-Very much. That was until I experienced a problem. I had a geyser which somehow stopped working. As per procedure, I went into the Balwin app and logged a snag. The following morning the electricians were out, came to my unit, reset the geyser regulator bot, and still no hot water. They came back and said to have bypassed the bot, still no hot water. I was referred back to the app and see which company is doing the geysers. Worst experience of my life, a company called Gas and Equipement (JHB) Pty Ltd is the one listed on the Balwin app for this development. I called them and expained as per the guide on the app. The representative from this company told me that I need to take off the geyser, ship it to Johannesburg. I asked how do I do it from Cape Town, on top of that I have no access to the geyser because obviously geysers are not accessible to residents. she told me to write an email which I did, nothing happened after. I then called the Estate Manager: Etiene, he gave me contact details of another company: Clif Plumb, I called them, and again I was told to write an email and include all my details. Nothing happened afterwards, I then called Jean who usually handles all the snags from the Estate, he gave me another company Kwikhot, I called the numbers and nobody answers .This is very frustraiting.
<p>I regret the day that I joined Tracker Africa. My vehicle DS75RGGP was stolen and the issue reported while the vehicle was showing that it's moving on their mobile app. According to Tracker reports the buttery was disconnected an hour later after reported, that said, still Tracker NEVER found the vehicle, I was having the Skytracker option where they claim to have helicopters and other tracking teams, but they failed me miserable, I do not even believe that they bothered tracking down my car. They have been very useless, I will not be using their services again, unfortunately most people told me how bad they are after my loss. I would advise anyone to use other tracking companies unless if they want to have similar experience.</p>
