Really bad speed.
I am really struggling with Herotel Breedenet. Today I phoned them 15 times and everytime the telephone was cut off. I had no internet connection and really needed it today. I wasted my time on the telephone trying to get back online. I did eventually get back on line but the speed is terrible and tonight the speed is so slow I cannot even do a speed test. Please can you guy’s please do something on your side to help you customers. Your speed really is not what we signed up for.

<p>Please be careful, these people are real thieves! I do not know how the got my parents of 87 bank details, but they are deducting money from their account everymonth for computer services, that they do not even know how to use. Real thieves. I hope someone can stop them. I am going to stop there debit orders tomorrow and take the matter further. Apparently stopping the debit order does not help. I will keep hello peter updated on my progress. </p>
