Poor poor horrible customer service by the dealership and the service advisor by the name Linda. Worst person and experience I have ever experienced. I brought the car for service it's been more than 3 weeks, no update, nothing.
i bought a cell phone on the 29/08/2017 and i clearly explained to the consultant (Sindi) that i need a phone that vibrate. to my surprise the phone does not vibrate at all. i went back to the store in the morning of 30 August 2017 and i explained my experience. i was told that they can not help me hense they can not exchange the phone. i explained that i clearly specified to the Sindi when i bought the phone that i need a phone that vibrate otherwise it is not of use to me. i also explained that i was sold the wrong product by the Sindi , she was supposed to have given me the phone that vibrate. how can this be my problem. i need this phone exchanged because it is not what i bought. ********** 028 **********
