I have had such a bad experience with this company. Initial service was booked for the 7th February for bed bug infestation. Technician was over 2 hours late - there was still bed bugs after the service so wanted to book for a follow up, over a weekend when everyone is available to leave the house. They then informed me that they do not book follow ups over the weekend, which I was not informed about at initial booking, if I was then I would never have booked it in the first place as I work from home. After a lot of back and forth emails and calls we eventually agreed for them to come on Tuesday 17th March (yesterday) the technician informed me that there was a huge infestation still in my children's bedroom. Surely if a proper job was done when they initially came then it wouldnt be so bad. When I was allowed back in the house I went to check and there were bed bugs walking all over my daughters bed and on the curtains. Are they not supposed to be killed on contact when sprayed? I have reached out via email today to try and speak to the woman I booked the follow up with but have just been ignored. Alot of money was spent on the initial booking and if there is still an infestation after 2 bookings then surely my money has been wasted and I want a full refund. this company is ridiculous and I will do everything in my power to get my money returned.

<p>Numerous emails have been sent via the consumer help desk. No one even bothered to get back to a person. Charging almost R30 for a perfume body spray and it doesnt even work. Over the last couple of months i have been getting spray cans that do not spray "mist" like it is supposed to but rather spraying out "blobs" of spray all over everything including my face! The last can i tried didnt even smell like the perfume always does. It smells like a man's body spray. This is completely and utterly unacceptable as i have been using this for years and only having a problem this year. Can someone come back to me with a solution please!</p>
<p>Good afternoon, </p> <p> </p> <p>I emailed Neotel with regards to my Wi-Fi not working properly for the last couple of weeks. I got a response days later stating that it is a national problem and they don't know when it will be resolved. My issue is that the network is not working so I have not been connected to it but on my emails I receive daily there has been data being used? Day 1 - .56, Day 2 - 1.1, Day 3 over 2 gigs.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please explain why, if the network has been off and no one has been connected to it is so much data being used. This is completely unacceptable as I am paying for a service that's not working half the time and no one knows of a resolution time. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was very impressed with the service in the beginning of the contract but things have been getting worse and worse as the time goes on. I am also feeling that I am going to cancel my contract when the 2 years are up if nothing is resolved. </p>
