Was assisted by a very friendly and extremely helpful gentleman this afternoon. Thank you Mikhail!
What a lovely bunch of people. So super helpful when I've needed to change dog food brands due to skin issues etc. No hard sell of the ridiculously high priced food, just listen to what you need and show you your options.
Without any doubt the best filling station in the upper highway area. I literally drive past other petrol stations to go there. The car wash is fabulous too. All the guys so friendly and kind.
Such a friendly pharmacy going out of their way to help you. It's worth the little extra you pay... The customer service and assistance is incredible

So after being bounced around from pillar to post trying to prove that I am who I am after Cell C gave my cell phone upgrade and auhtorised them to change my contract - the whole lot! to a fraudster, and giving affadavits etc finally some 13 days later the fraudulant upgrade was (apparently) reversed. So now I am trying to get back the R1000 odd in charges that were billed to me in. After emailing the "customer care", I had a call explaining that I need to provide an affadavit and a copy of my ID document. Truly, you couldnt make this stuff up. The administration is a complete fiasco. Left hand hasnt a clue what the right hand is doing. Truly truly truly.....DO NOT TOUCH THESE PEOPLE. it absolutely burns me that I have two more years dealing with a company who cant keep your highly sensitive information safe, despite the POPI Act which compels them to do so, gives away services belonging rightfully to you to someone posing (very badly and not terribly convincingly) as yourself in ONE phonecall, but will make you fight tooth and nail to prove to them they have done anything wrong. Cell C it will be a cold day in hell before you ever get business from me again and I am not going away quietly.

Watch out! Waited to upgrade my phone which was a big mistake because in my delay my upgrade was fraudulently taken - an iPhone 6s nogal! Its an inside job, clearly, I have heard the telesales recording of the Cell C lady calling "me". Very obviously she is being told all my details by someone else while she speaks on the phone - hence the reason she recites an ID number about 25 numbers long. This was done on the 14th June. I discovered the fraud on the 31st July. Has Cell C reversed the upgrade? No. Has Cell C fraud department returned any of the calls to me that they promised to? No. Has Cell C sent me confirmation of the fact that I do have a fraudulant case and they have a date by which they will resolve it? No. My debit order date is 15th and there is absolutely NO urgency on behalf of Cell C to sort this out by then. This means I will be debited over R1500 for a phone I dont have and a contract I didnt change. Be warned........DONT just dont take any kind of contract out with these guys. I am not alone in this story, I have heard of others who had this happen LAST YEAR, so its a long standing problem. You are in no way protected by Cell C and neither is your personal data because the people working there are dishonest and there is clearly some kind of syndicate going on which isnt being dealt with.
