I contacted the Couchman via WhatsApp, it took almost a week just to get the right invoice from them. As per the terms and conditions I waited for 20 working days to start enquiring about when I would get my couches. I ordered on the 29th of June and today is the 3rd of August and I still have no couches. The manager Patience is rude and only gives two worded responses. I’m still waiting for them to tell me what the delay is and what the expected delivery date is. I will never make the mistake of buying from this company ever again. The worst service I’ve ever seen, they simply do not care!
<p>I had ordered bedding for my daughter on the 1st of August 2016. I selected store express on the system which should take 1-3 days to deliver my order to the seleced store. I chose the store express because the followind day (2nd of August) I was taking a bus home and I arrived Wednesday morning (3rd August). I had calculated that by the time I left home (Mthatha) I would have received the bedding order because I wanted to see it before I left, as it was meant to be my daughter's birthday gift. On Thursday 4th of August I went to the MR Price Home in Mthatha at BT Ngebs mall, the shop assistand told us that they only get deliveries on Wednesdays, but would sms me as soon as my order arrives. My mother went again on Friday to check if they had received the order yet, and they still hadn't. Saturday morning 6th August, I called MR Price Home to find out what the problem was. A rude male assistant asnwered the phone, I explained to him that I had selected the store express and why I had selected it, he told me on the system it showed I had selected "store economy". I told him that the system must have changed it itself because maybe they don't do express deliveries to Mthatha which would explain why they only get online orders on Wednesdays. I tried to explain to him my frustration with their process because had I known they doon't do express deliveries I would have cancelled the order and just gone into store to buy the bedding, but now I was hugely inconvenienced, and my mom went to PE on Sunday for a shoulder operation so she can't even go fetch when she comes back because she can't drive. Instead of trying to come with an alternative solution, the call centre agent rudely kept insisting that I made the wrong selection and there's nothing they can do about it so I must just be patient. I told him I wanted to speak to the manager, the manager was more polite and she tried to accomodate an alternative solution, but she also did not acknowledge the fact that their system automatically changed my delivery slot because they don't do express deliveries to Mthatha, and I even asked them have they ever processed store express deliveries to Mthatha, and they wouldn't answer me. They also insuated that the store assistant in Mthatha was lying when they obviously were the ones lying, because my online order still hasn't been delivered. This is the worst customer experience I have ever received in my life. The disrespect from someone when they already have my money in their account, the audacity to try force to admit to something that I know very well that I didn't do. I WILL NEVER shop at MR Price Home online ever again!!!!!!! Their customer service is disgusting to say the least.</p>
