So I went to Mall of the South to renew 2 of the contracts I have with them. when I got to the store employee by the name of Gift assisted me and then referred me to get assisted by another colleague named Thandi. I specifically asked for a copy of the agreements I signed and I had asked her more than 5 times that both agreements are to be on the same flexOn2 contract. She took it upon herself to change my 1 contract to FlexOn4 and did not give me a copy of my contract, I have been calling for a week now and they always got excuses, either she is not there or she will call me back. today the 9th of Jan24 I finally got a hold of her, I spoke to her and asked her to rectify the mistake she made, but she cut my call, I called back no answer, she called me back and put me on hold, and then said her system is giving her a problem, it has been 4 hours now and she hasn't called back, I keep calling the store number on 0116823677 and no answer, if someone does answer and I ask for Thandi shes out... I want this rectified immediately who is going to pay an additional R500 on a contract I did not ask for? This always happens, even 4 years ago Telkom in Traderoute mall messed up my renewal of the agreement, I want a callback and to resolve the issue right way.
the owner is absolutely rude- I had called to enquire about generators. specifically a gas generator. he kept cutting the call- I had already called over 60 businesses to find out. on my last call he told me to stop calling the number, do I not have generator companies near me... I mean u are running a business. I tried to call again and he shouted and said never to call this number again...... 011 083 8981
I took my car to Renault The Glen on on the the 07-08-20 and explained that i would like for them to check the two errors i was getting on my dashboard and to change my brake pads and wipers. The first error stated "check fuel injection system" and the second error stated "check anit-pollution system". I got my car back from them that they stating that they had changed my brakes and wipers and that the reason for the errors was because of the fuel quality that was put into the car which I filled at the same Egen I've been going to for the past 3 years. I was advised to drive out the R500 worth of fuel in my car and fill fuel at a different petrol station, i filled another R500 worth of fuel at another Engen garage but the problem persisted so I took my car back to them on 08-08-20 and was told to bring my card back on the Tuesday after they reset the computer system. On Tuesday they checked my car and confirmed that there were no issues and asked that I come to collect it, after fetching it the problem still arose and in fact it endangered my life because my car was not going at a higher speed than 30kmph on the highways and kept jerking and stalling. I had to turn around and take it back where they then picked up that i need a new fuel pressure pump after three attempts of diagnosing the problem. I asked for a courtesy car which i needed for work and to transport my mother for dialysis 3 times a week but i was told i had to wait 7 days for one. The manager Johan promised me that he ordered the part but it somehow got taken by another Renault branch which they still haven't been able to explain to me. He promised me a call back to keep me updated but he still hasn't contacted me after my last interaction with him. I am utterly frustrated and disgusted by their don't car attitudes. Renault South Africa has asked if they gave me a courtesy car during the first 5 days which they did not and they failed to tell me that a more competent Renault dealership would have been able to. It has been two weeks I am still left with no car and I have to make 10 calls a day begging and shouting for assistance. All I want is for someone to take responsibility for the incompetent service, get me a courtesy car, consider compensating me for wasting fuel for incorrect advise given me to and fix my damn car so that i never have to see anyone of you again.
Mcdonalds Lenasia and Parktown services are pathetic. The ice cream machines and redeem are never workn. Staff look so unhappy they Dnt greet the customers. Managers r not around to spk to them.
Bunch of useless employees. 1st we dealt with 1 employee but another employee Thabo stoled the sale we complained to the manager to this date nothing has changed. They came to fit the tracker and used half the tank of petrol God knows on what. We kepp calling everyday for the past 2 weeks since we purchased the car for our car license disk, registration and spare keys and we have had no luck in getting this sorted out. Useless
<p>this is been going on since the 23 June 2016, it is now the 10 August 2016 and we have been told one too many stories from telkom, all for 2 simple wifi wirelss modems we require to utilise for business purposes. service from management themselves are disgusting. we have been trying to get these modems approved and nothing yet, they tell you its been approved and weeks late makes up an excise of no stock, then when you call back they require other forms, but they fail to contact you as a csutomer on time. we have to call every second day to get feedback, and then the consultants that assist cannot help due to them having limited access to cetain files etc. managers never give you feedback.... now we will have to lose out on these modems due to telkoms incompentencies.</p> <p> </p>
