I had a broken screen (hinges), and they made a plan to come through and fix it for me without me having to buy a new one. Very helpful.
Beware new users if you are thinking of joining Easy Equities. Suddenly, EE thinks it is a great idea to charge you R25.00 pm month for having any investment on their platform, whether you like it or not. UNLESS you play their Thrive games and level up like good little school kids. I don't have time to sit and listen to basic financial education (stuff I learnt years ago) just so I can get a stupid virtual badge, nor do I appreciate being told what to invest in or that I must donate to charity on their platform (never mind donations I do elsewhere) just so that I can level up. Really annoyed now that I have so much invested with them. Time for me to look at my other options because if they can do this, then what else will they do down the line? They advertise NO MONTHLY ACCOUNT FEES but seriously, this is now account fees but just labelled differently. This is just sneaky. I am totally ****ed off.
I buy from both Sixty60 and Woolies Dash. The difference between the two is like chalk and cheese. This past week I had a problem with both. Woolies delivered me some moldy cheese, and Sixty60 forgot to pack an item that I was charged for into my delivery. When I informed Sixty60 I had a refund within a couple of minutes, no questions asked or a runaround, just immediately sorted out and left me a very happy customer. Woolies? Well, several days later now and zero reply to my emails, zero refund, zero interest in keeping me as your customer, so you, dear Woolworths, you can look forward to zero purchases from me going forward. I don’t need to buy from you, and your competition is quickly overtaking you. If you have shares in Woolworths, maybe think of selling them and investing in something that has a future.
Why can't all shops treat their customers this well! I felt like royalty. Shopping on their site was super easy, and their prices were competitive. I bought the Cubot J5 Dual SIM from them and it arrived sooner than expected. It was packaged with care and the way it was presented made me feel like I was unwrapping an early Christmas gift for myself. I will go out of my way to shop here again, and recommend Technomobi to all my friends.
Why offer an online shop and state that you deliver? I wanted to order some tins of Dulux white paint and 2 Big Jim storage bins, but you want to charge me over R10000 for delivery. Yes, you read that right, over ten thousand rands. At first, I thought it must be a fault in the software, so I went to the trouble to send them an email at info@builders. I got a reply from Glenise Mouton that well, yes, that is what delivery will cost depending on how far I am from a builders. (I am 4km away). Now, after reading through all the complaints on Hellopeter that everyone has had after placing and paying for an online order, I am glad I have been saved the aggravation. Never mind Builders, I can get the same paint and bins from Pick n Pay and will pay R75 for delivery.
