I am glad I am not the only one who thinks that your employees drive like idiots, surely you would think that driving a marked company vehicle with a unique registration number would make them drive like normal people. This is not the first time I have seen one of your vehicles driving like they own the road, but it was the first time that it affected me directly. Registration number "ALPHA 19 GP", drove like a complete idiot, while on the phone I might add, no indicators when suddenly changing lanes, driving on top of other cars who do not drive fast enough according to them etc. I did not even know anything about Alpha until today when I was looking for your contact details, I have to say that it was not a good first impression, and I assume will not be for other potential clients who will associate your company with how your employees, with company vehicles, behave on the road and towards other drivers.
I had my vehicle financed through WesBank from 2005 to 2010, when the vehicle was returned and sold on auction due to me not qualifying to re-finance the balloon payment. I applied for a credit card through FNB in June 2020 but was declined because there was a balance outstanding after the vehicle was sold on auction. I phoned Wesbank and was told that the account has prescribed and that they cannot issue a paid up letter, nor can I pay the outstanding amount. They cannot even tell me for how long this will reflect on my profile, and even though my credit record with Transunion/Experian etc. is clean I will never qualify for any FNB/WesBank product other than a bank account. Surely after 10 years this should not still be an issue!!!
