I have experienced excellent service from the Clarins Agent at the Woolworths store in Gateway. She helped me choose products that were great for my skin type, she always explains benefits and cost as well of tthe so that you are comfortable purchasing it. I haven't changed my product since. <p>The system in place at gateway to order, pay for and collect your treats is by far the most clumsy and chaotic. You are expected to queue to order electronically. Pay electronically. Good luck to you if you wanted to pay in cash as only a couple of screens have cashiers behind them. Then queue at another couter to collect your treats. When things should be streamlined, ster kinekor has opted to make things extremely difficult. It must certainly be tough for people who are not computer literate.</p> <p>The money spent installing this system could have been used to install more counters that do everything in one place i.e. accept orders, receive payment and dispense. </p> <p>Your clumsy system isn't working and is frustrating patrons who will probably not want to return to be subjected to torture again.</p>
