Ginny Swanson was absolutely amazing! From start to finish... she also almost burst into tears with me when I couldn't find my passport the night before we were meant to fly. She is passionate, helpful and most of all, very, very good at what she does. Will never use anyone else again. Very special person with a heart of gold!
I flew on the 27/08/2021 at 09:05 on flight 11:20 FA -311 from Lanseria to CT. I unfortunately and stupidly did not cable tie my bag as I really thought that it would be safe. (MAYBE I TRUST TOO EASILY!!!) Got to CT and got my bag, got rental car immediately and travelled up to Calvinia. The bag was not out of arms reach at ANY given time. I got to Calvinia and discover all 3 my brand new shoes stolen. I thought I would take this up with FlySafair when I get back to CT. I did so but they referred me to Lanseria. Who in turn told me to phone their customer care. No use in doing that as I only had 24hrs to report this. I will never fly with you again. It's THEFT. How can your employees get away with this? DISGUSTED.
Hosts and guests, stay away! We own a lodge and Agoda has been offering guests special prices- which we do not mind, under normal circumstances. But, without been instructed to do so, AGODA are taking 40%+ of our income for bookings. Unacceptable especially while we have battled to keep our doors open during Covid. An example... a booking of R3200- we only got R1900. They kept the rest or at least a large % THEREOF- either commission/ some or other "special offer!!". That is theft. We have signed or agreed to absolutely none of the above! They also almost landed us in a very bad position by double booking certain units... they dont care- as long as they have the money! Unacceptable, AGODA!!!

No products besides sample was received and so far R5000 debited from account. Two payments have been reversed. They hide behind a faceless, nameless company and no contact can be made.</div>
