Rented a place from these Agent, a was seemingly good and well when we moved in until we asked for things to be fixed in the unit. Lights , sink, walls, handles, geyser... a week of cold water, almost a month of leaking taps because the landlord had to figure something out, two weeks for lights to be changed, dirty walls led to us moving out. Agent came for exit inspection all was as we found it or had to send him proof that we reported, but was not attended to. He signed off the unit as good. Week later he accused us of damages to the counter, he tried passing off damages to the sink coz it had a leak, when he didn't win, he passed it off to the stove. He claims he didn't see it when he did the inspection, even when he switched on the stove to check working condition. 3 weeks no deposit refund. They insist they are not wrong even with emails, documents they signed, they just want to keep our money
Ive had better service from Discovery Insure, but my last experience was disappointing. They sent AA to jumpstart me and they made a point that they will attend to me exactly 40min later. I've had assistance from the other SPs before n they were much quicker n kept me informed than AA. They don't call to advise they'll be attending to you they just show up at a time that best suits them. Willie Scholtz from emergency followed up 45min later.
