Ek sal hulle nie aanbeveel nie. Ek het 'n item by hulle bestel en betaal die 22ste Maart 2025. Op 31 Maart het sy bevestog dat hulle besig is daarmee. Tydens bestelling, sê hulle dit neem 12 werkdae voor die item versend word. Ek het al telke male navraag gedoen oor my bestelling aangesien dit 'n verjaardag geskenk vir iemand is. Ek kry GEEN TERUGVOER NIE. My navrae word net ignoreer. BLY WEG. Wil voorkom as dit NET 'N **** IS.
I've placed an order (and paid for) for a Defy 17kg top loading washing machine on 29/11/2024. Delivery would have been on 03/12/2024. After numerous phone calls, the washing machine was finally delivered on 10/11/2024. Upon delivery we've noticed that the washing machine was completely damaged and faulty. I've informed Makro immediately and also sent them photos as proof of the damages (refer to order MAK8357480 and ticket number 4759720. I have requested that the washing machine be collected and my money refunded as we had to go and buy another washing machine ASAP. The faulty machine has still not been collected and therefore my R7000 has not still not been refunded. We've contacted them regularly, but without any success. I cant log a return online as the order still shows "order packed". This is the worst service!!!!! Come and collect your broken item and refund my money!
STAY AWAY! You are guaranteed to loose a minimum of R5,000 should you be willing to pay a deposit (non-refundable) on a puppy. You start of with a lot of paperwork, everything looking very legit. Then you will be promised photo's as soon as the puppies are born - empty promises. If you start doing proper homework, you will find 3 different addresses, of which one will be in the EC, and 2 in the WC (WC, 2 addresses +- 200km's from one another). Don't be ****med like I was. You WILL loose your money and you WILL NOT receive a puppy!!

Ek het 'n bestelling geplaas by Geite & Goeters op 3 Oktober 2020, waarna die betaling ook dadelik gemaak is. Die 5de Oktober is die bestelling via epos bevestig, sowel as dat die betaling ontvang is. Volgens hul terme, behoort die pakkies versend te word binne 21 - 30 werksdae. Vandag is die 9de Desember. Die pakkies is steeds nie versend nie. Ek het gister 'n versendings nommer gekry by Belinda, na vele oproepe van my kant af. Vanoggend het ek weer die versendings nommer probeer na ****r, maar die vervoer besigheid se webtuiste sê: "Shipment not found". Ek het weer Geite & Goeters probeer skakel, maar die foon gaan net oor na 'n stem boodskap. Die waarde van my bestelling was R1855. Geite & Goeters kommunikeer glad nie. Hulle reageer ook nie op epos boodskappe nie. Indien ek bel en vrae vra, onderneem hulle om terug te kom na my toe, maar dit gebeur ook nooit. Ek sal hulle beslis nie aanbeveel vir enige iemand nie. Die goed wat hulle adverteer is baie mooi, maar jy betaal vir items en ontvang dit nooit. Ek soek my geld terug!!!! Maar hulle antwoord nie die telefoon nie. Hul is onprofessioneel en hulle diens is verby pateties.
<p>Na die groot baklei oor my pakkie wat nie betyd was vir my kinders se verjaardag nie, is dit nou amper 2 maande nadat die bestelling geplaas is, en die volledige bestelling is nogstees nie by my afgelewer nie. Die bestelling is reeds TEN VOLLE betaal einde Julie, vir aflewering voor 12 Augustus. Uiters teleurgesteld. Diens is pateties. </p>
<p>I would never recommend to this company to anyone. After placing an order almost 3 weeks before I needed the parcel, and after promising that the parcel would reach me in time, it didn't arive (I've confirmed this before I made the payment). I've cancelled the order today. They will refund my money... within TWO WEEKS. In other words.... 5 weeks for nothing. Their service is pathetic. </p>
