Poor communication and unreasonable refund policy. After ordering, I emailed and WhatsApped the next day asking about delivery—no response. I called and was told it would only ship in about 2 weeks because they’re “behind.” The delivery timeframe is hidden at the bottom of a long checkout paragraph, not in the T&Cs where they claimed it was. I requested a refund only 3 days after ordering (because I needed the items sooner) and was told they don’t do refunds until 10 days have passed and goods have not been received. Considering they admitted they’re behind, it’s very likely my order hadn’t even been processed/placed yet, so refusing a refund is completely unreasonable and against consumer law. Really disappointing and ********* experience.

I have explicitly said I am not interested. </p> <p>I just had a phone call now from another sales agent who when I said please stop phoning me he just hung up!! You guys are phoning me! You are not entitled to be rude and spam constantly!!</p>
