Vodafone Fibre (vuma) Very disappointing and the target elderly people. We we rushed into paying and two weeks passed with no instalation and service
I was in contact with their office after a year of paying consistently and requested a decrease on my repayment as I was going through a financial difficulty. SYLVIA and Lebo refused to assist me amd I was not refusing to pay but to reduce my payment. To day I wake up to 2 deductions and no food for my children. They refuse to provide me with call recording so that I can escalate matter. This company must be closed as they have poor service.

It all started when the did not debit my account for the second month and called in and ask why they did not debit.The consultant advised the we receiving deposits, i advised that it will affect my credit scoring as the agrrrd debit order is not coming off. Now i receive sms advising that they did not adjust interest i chech my statements interest was charged. Went to the branch i was advised something else. This is terrible as my account is R12 000 above limit. I have never missed a payment. I want answers!!!
