I asked the Melrose Arch branch to clean a structured Michael Kors handbag in March 2020 - just prior to lockdown. On collection of the bag, it became evident that the cleaning had ruined the shape and left the leather wrinkled and the structure was completely squashed. They attempted to fix it, but the bag is still out of shape and has never been the same. I have emailed the company asking for help multiple times and received no reply. Terrible service. I do not recommend using this company for anything.
<p>I purchased my new car from the Constantia Kloof branch on the 24th of June 2016. On collection I was told that they had lost the main key and that they had ordered a new one but that they had aready ordered a new one from Italy. I was promised delivery in 10 days. After 7 weeks of following up and a different story each time, I have wasted hundreds on calling them. They have still not delivered a key and have every excuse as to why they keep messing up. Last week I was finally called by the manager who promised to update me on a daily basis. I am yet to receive a follow up email from him. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am thoroughly dissappointed. I wish I had bought my car from someone else as my patronage is obviously not important to them. I highky recommend that you avoid this dealership. They have not offered me any compensation for not having a working key for my vehicle for 7 weeks and I am yet to be told when I should expect my key.</p> <p> </p> <p>Really terrible! Don't use them.</p>
