Since we moved into our house just over a month ago, nothing has been repaired as promised on several occasions. And we cannot get the agent to sort out health hazard and safety problems. Incredibly unprofessional.
<p>I pay my monthly account promptly and my phone got blocked. I contacted them to find out the reason expecting a quick, helpful response. I run my business with my phone. The contract is in my dad's name but I make the payments. There was a limit placed on the phone years ago and they needed my dad to authorise the unblocking which, at the time, he was in New Zealand. I had made the payment... my money is sitting in their damn account! My dad came back and I ask him to contact them. They said I must email them a limit reset form. Right... So I email them this and phone YET AGAIN (about the 10th time this week) to find out when they will be unblocking the phone. 'Oh, we need a copy of your dad's ID...' 'Now you tell me!!!!' was my response!!! I asked them what they needed and failed to mention the copy of the ID!!!!!! So now I'm going into the STUPID!!!!!!! shop with documentation to attempt to unblock it. I'd like to change service providers desperately as they took over from Altech and ARE PATHETICALLY USELESS!!!!!!</p>
<p>GR is the managing agent for a townhouse that I have in a complex and they have recently had contractors paint our blocks on the outside and it's the most appauling job!!! Pain is peeling, runoff marks, chips every where. So I reported it to George Rennie as eacgh owner has to pay about R338 for 3 months to cover the costs. So I've asked them to get the contractor out there to fix the problems and I get no response. I now pay my normal levy and not the fee for the painting, informing them of this, and they're charging me arrear admin fees. They're getting away with this!!! We pay them to represent them and expect them to select a professional company to do the maintenance.</p>
<p>I had sales people jam a sale down my throat wanting me to sign up ASAP for brand awareness by doing a banner and I told them that I had a google ad campaign going already. I sign up, and just over a week later I get an email saying that they're happy to inform me that my google ad campaign is now up and running!!!!! Completely cancelling out my existing ad campaign!!! </p>
