Worst service ever. SCAM!!!
Scam dont use Interface. Con-company we never signed personal surety and they threaten us to list us on ITC even when all surety was taken out of the contract. They ran adwords campains and our adwords was average and has now gone rock bottom. They change company names so that the holding company can tbe traced. .B Ditital marketing East of Eden Trading 63 Done USE THEM Danie Keyser and his wife con people

Scam Artists!
<p>Promise the world, charge an arm and a leg and get nothing and get threatened with legal action if you try get out............they even changed their name to "http://interfacedigital.co.za/". </p>

Good sales pitch and no action!!!
<p>I had sales people jam a sale down my throat wanting me to sign up ASAP for brand awareness by doing a banner and I told them that I had a google ad campaign going already. I sign up, and just over a week later I get an email saying that they're happy to inform me that my google ad campaign is now up and running!!!!! Completely cancelling out my existing ad campaign!!! </p>

<p>Anyone contacted by Interface media, please be aware.</p> <p>They come with this amazing sales pitch, guarantee your business will be on the first page on Google for as little ad R1710. They supposibly manage it for a fee of R710 per month, disgusting. All they do is create a campaign and leave it. When you ask for stats, no reply. What they do suggest is to put more money in, yes more for them, not your campaign. When you conract the staff, totally unprofessional and useless. BEWARE AND DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. </p>

Paid upfront & monthly never delivered any service
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN - SEE ALL THE PPL THEY HAVE DONE IN. ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN. WE NEED TO COME TOGETHER TO TAKE THIS COMPANY DOWN. WHAT THEY DO IS JUST LIKE THEFT. SEE ALL POSTS. POST YOUR EMAIL ADDRESSES SO WE CAN CONTACT EACH OTHER.<br> I paid them upfront to design and construct my website, and for an advertising campaign. Nothing was done. After years of pressure they met with me. Last year they promised to get it sorted quickly, apologised and then strongly suggested that I also add a Google ad campaign as the website would up and running within weeks, stupid me took his offer. They were then quick to pressure me to pay my monthly fee for the new Google ads campaign. I didn't pay as there was still no work done on a website nor on any campaign for me. They reported me to ITC. I reached an payment understanding with them to only pay R500 per month so long, towards the new Google ads campaign, as still no website nor any services what so ever were done, and they were supposed to get the website sorted immediately and to remove my name from the credit bureaus. Nothing was done! So I stopped paying. Now my name is on ITC!<br> [Email Removed]

Bad Service & No Action
I was running my own Google Adwords campaign quite successfully. The reps from Interface Media said that they could get better results on approximately the same budget, so I signed up about 6 or 7 weeks ago. Since then I have not seen a single ad on Google, and have lost business as a result. My complaints were never attended to except for sending me meaningless statistics. I check Adwords often everyday, and ... nothing! They do not return calls, they are totally unprofessional in every way. <br> They are not delivering what they promised and are in breach of contract, yet say they do not cancel contracts.<br> Well, I don't pay for contracts that are not honoured. Why didn't I check Hello Peter before I signed?!
