A Rare Business that Cares
Very Greatfull to this company. Unfortunately we couldn't go on our holiday as my daughter was diagnosed with Leukemia a week before we were due to go and they accommodated us by allowing us to postpone and go another time. They are not obligated to assist me at all as I understand that I can't cancel a week before and get a refund or postpone. So I really appreciate the assistance and hoping we can all go here soon.

Disappointing
No one responds to emails. Seems impossible to get help or cancel a device. If you are the Matrix "Social media" manager. Please do not call me. Just ask your team to respond to my email. its not hard. Thank you

Stay away
Useless company. Tried cancelled a device on a car i sold and cant get any help. no one responds to anything. Tried just cancelling everything and again, no one responds.

Useless Company, go to Afrihost
Dont bother with these oaks. Service is non existent. No one even answer your request or ticket after weeks. Clients site is down and they just ignore you. Used to be good but utterly useless now. Rather go to Afrihost. Their service is impeccable. You get help within minutes.

Homeloan Department seems to have disappeared! Useless!
Homeloan department help is non-existant! never had a company try so hard to ignore you. **Just remember that no one is too big to fall. neglect your customers and it will catch up to you.

Please stay away!
They're very helpful in the beginning while you pay them until you need them. Our father passed away 2 weeks ago and not a single response from this useless company. Not only do we have to deal with a death, we have to stress over handling his estate another way.

Not a Bad company
They are a small courier company who is trying. So I kind of understand that sometimes they might be a bit slower than the other bigger companies but they are trying. Their rates are amongst the lowest so thats 1 good thing.

Good service
I initially had an issue with getting my cars papers. But it seems the systems were down, as reported in the news. I have received my papers today. Thank you Wiesaal
