I purchased a bus ticket from Durban to Ermelo and the day before my trip the bus line cancelled my ticket and rebooked my ticket for the following day . This was done without my permission. They don’t know if I’m going for an emergency matter . I called Customer service they dropped the call on me twice . The 3rd time when I eventually got through I spoke to an agent called palesa and she advised she cannot answer any of my questions. I asked for her manager. The manager was all of a sudden in a meeting at 3pm . I am entitled for a full refund without any admin fee as I don’t know why my ticket was cancelled all I know is that Yolanda cancelled it with no note on the system as to why the ticket was cancelled. I will never use or recommend this bus line ever !!! They disgusting
I received an email stating i applied for a loan. Which i didn't. I call the contact number and it stays on answer machine. The email then states it will go on my credit profile as an enquiry. I did not apply for anything this company supposed to dp verification because submitting an application.
My mum is deceased, I'm not sure what arrangements she had with this debt collection company. I have informed their agent Yethu Mthembu on countless occasions that my mother is deceased and I'm unemployed due to covid-19. However i have sent my Mums ID and Dead certificate on many occasions. This agent was rude no customer service skills what so ever. Or even manners. I know as a former collections agent you have to show empathy to customers. This is disgusting.
