Disgusting Service at Makro Silver Lakes
Needed a new Smartphone so went to Makro Silverlakes on Monday 14 September 2020 at around 3pm to look at the options available at their Cellular Department. What a total lack of customer service. There were 3 staff members in the Department, but they totally ignored clients and would rather keep themselves busy with chatting to each other. Went to the till point to ask for some assistance and a lady from another electronic Department tried to help me. She called the Department Manager which did not arrive. What a disappointment. Left in disgust to shop somewhere else.

ARROGANT
<p>Wanted to book a girls night out for 8 friends at Eds Diner In Parkveiw Pretoria. Was rudly told by manager that we are not welcome and they do not take group bookings. Very disapointed.</p>
