Absolutely unprofessional!! We ordered drives more than two weeks ago, no delivery, no feedback from sales. and no follow up - Our projects are behind because of this. First Tech is very quick to deduct admin and other nonsensical charges when it suits them, but when the customer has real world costs that are due to delivery failure of over two weeks. We should absorb that?? Colin is doing absolutely NOTHING to rectify this, only replying with "we are looking into this"
Excellent site with excellent bargains, products are sound, quality products that work. Delivery communication is good and always get delivered earlier than expected, great work guys!
Products are sounds, delivery was well communicated. Price was absolutely fabulous. Will highly recommend this service and website, but hurry, prices don't repeat! Real value for money.
I had the most pleasant, professional and postive experience with BB Group Menlyn / BB Group Mahindra. I recently bought a car from them and I can sum it up in a sentence: “Give those ladies a Bells!!” From the getgo they were curtious, professional and would do business with them any day again, the process were smooth, no issues and they get carl sales right! A big shout out to Roelien and her Manager Desire, what a team. @BBGROUP, looks after these ladies, they do your business proud!
<p>I have sent numerous mails to all Momentum addresses, I have spoken to callcentre managers, I ahve also lodged complaints at the Ombudsman for short term insurance and still Momentum phones me!!!! See mail I have sent to Momentum. </p> <p> </p> <p>Over the course of the last 6 months, I have been harassed by Momentum and its call centers. They have been phoning me relentlessly to the point of harassment and this is where it will end. I have not, nor will I, ever, in my life belong to these wastes of oxygen with their constant ******ation of my freedom, &%$@ I don't know when to answer my own personal phone, because it will probably be Momentum!</p> <p>Each and every time I have asked if the call is recorded, the answer is always yes, then I state in very clearly audible English or Afrikaans that I DO NOT CONSENT RECEIVING ANY CALLS OF ANY NATURE FROM MOMENTUM IN ITS ENTIRETY, NOW OR ANY TIME IN ANY FUTURE AND ON ANY PLANET, THAT MY NAME AND CONTACT DETAILS SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF ANY AND ALL OF THEIR LISTS THROUGHOUT ANYTHING THAT MOMENTUM MIGHT OWN OR ALREADY OWN, NOR MAY THEY DISTRIBUTE OR SELL ANY OF MY ACQUIRED DETAILS TO ANY ENTITY WHATSOEVER, I HAVE NOT NOR WILL NOT GIVE MY DETAILS TO ANYTHING REMOTELY TO DO WITH MOMENTUM AND WON'T EVER.</p> <p>But still, from private or different ranges of numbers, almost daily, I get a SPAM call from MOMENTUM, again, raping my freedom to choose, freedom to answer my phone and freedom to opt out. This is my complaint, this is my gripe, it has festered, it is full of puss and glistening, calm like a landmine. Kindly resolve this matter as a matter of urgency, I have had enough.</p> <p>Your internal workings of this is a separate call center or this is the first time we speak to you or whatever else you have as a reply, zip it, it does not concern me, my message is crystal clear:<br />Do not take this as an opportunity to phone me, post me, come see me, I only want a mail from as high up as possible that this has been dealt with and I will in my life not again hear from Momentum or who ever you believe in would be needed to be believed in. Print my details in big bold red letter everywhere with a warning - DO NOT CONTACT ME IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM REGARDING ANY AND ALL PRODUCTS YOUR CALLCENTRE MIGHT HAVE TO OFFER.</p> <p>I have also lodged a formal complaint to The Ombudsman for Long Term Insurance, expect a call, as long as you do not call me, in fact, never do.</p>
