Their products live up to their promises. It is an exquisite product, and a little goes a long way (my face wash lasts 9-10 months). Their delivery is very fast, it gets shipped on the same day you place your order (I have never waited more than 3 days for my order, and we live in a very remote area). Thrilled with DermExcel and will continue using their products.
I would give Liezl Ridley 10 stars if possible. She handled our tax returns, and managed to sort out quite a mess that I thought was beyond repair. She works fast, is affordable and knows what she is doing. I can recommend her to anyone!
I have placed an order with Edgars online on the 8th of July, received it on the 16th of July. One of the products were damaged and I phoned to log a return, asking for a replacement. Someone was supposed to phone me back within 7-10 days to schedule collection. No one called. Logged a return online as well. No response. Called again, was advised that I have to take it back to the nearest Edgars (we do not have an Edgars within 160km of us, which is why I shop online. Asked for a collection. Nothing happened. Sent an e-mail, they responded asking for my account/ID-number, I do not have an account with them, it was a cash purchase, I explained this in e-mail and have not gotten a response as of yet. It is now almost 2 months since I placed the order. Unacceptable service.
I receive calls daily from MiWay trying to sell me insurance. I have politely asked them to remove my details from the system NUMEROUS times (I don't even own a car), yet the calls keep streaming in. I have reported it before. This is getting really frustrating!
<p>I am on the Fedhealth Maxima Saver, and got really sick for the first time since I've been on this plan.</p> <p>On their Rates and Benefits guide, they have a section called "Major Medical Benefit", under which pathology is indicated as "unlimited". Therefore, you can just imagine my displeasure when I received an unpaid bill for pathology, for tests done less than a week after I was discharged from hospital. (My savings are depleted)</p> <p> </p> <p>The customer service explained that "Major Medical Beenefit" is for "in hospital" only, even though some of the benefits included in this table isn't "in hospital", and at others it is clearly specified that the benefits are limited to "in hospital". </p> <p> </p> <p>I still need to go for some procedures, and are scared as hell for the bills afterwards.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Unhappy Fedhealth Client</p>
