A rep phoned me yesterday at 10:39 and said that I can safe on my accounts, but she did not say that it is debt counceling. When I said that I am interested, she mentioned all the debt that I have, the installment I'm paying, and the amount that is outstanding. They never asked for my permission to get this info. I received an sms saying that I consent to have them request my credit report at 10:58. This is extremely alarming that companies can get to your credit reports without your consent!

I have ordered 100 filters from this company, paid upfront, and was told that it will be here withing a week. After a week, I phoned and was told that they will have to import it. So I started following up constantly on this. One of the excuses was that the freight company put it on the sea where they were supposed to send it by air. The last excuse that was on Monday was that the office personnel googled the name and sent it to the wrong address. Today I was told that it was sent with Aramex, and it will be here within 40 minutes. Needles to say it was never delivered. When I phoned Henry on his cell, it wrings once and go dead. Then I tried the office, same thing. Then he phoned me back from a private number. He said that he will pay back the money, but I doubt this very much!
I have ordered a smart watch in July 2022 from Shopexpress, was told that the delivery will be about 10 days. Now that I am quering the delivery, I'm being told it would have been on 15-16 August 2022, then I'm being told 18-19 August 2022, and today I'm being told that their courier has issues delivering the watch, and if I have not received the watch by 23-24 August 2022 I will get a refund. This I don't believe as I think this is a crooked company and they steal people's money!
In Aug'18 I have applied for my mother's chronic high blood pressure pills to be delivered to the old age home where she stays. Clicks Direct Medicines have dispensed it once, 23/8/18, and never again! When I phoned, 1st I was told there were high co-payments. When I told them this can't be as it is on chronic, they put me on hold. Eventually when they got back on the line, they could not give me an answer. Then I sent a mail with an official complaint. I was phoned with the same story about high co-payments. When I asked why was I never phoned or e-mailed, I was told that they have contacted my mother but she didn't understand what they were saying. I asked but why was I never contacted as they have all my contact details, they could not answer me! I think this is extremely poor service! I will rather go to a physical Clicks with the prescription as Clicks Direct Medicines have no idea what they are doing or how to run a business!
