Good day, There's a page or link that published my details including my ID number. As a result, I find myself having to defend credit accounts opened in my name. Please remove that page.
<p> </p> <p> </p> <p><br />Good day ,</p> <p>My relationship with Telkom commenced 2years ago when I decided to port from Vodacom to it on 7/07/14. I took my phone on smart100 which was on promotion at the time for 100 minutes and 2GB of data p/m at a Telkom store in Clearwayer. After a Month , I pick up<br />that I'm actually getting 1GB(misrepresentation ) of data , I voiced it out<br />With Telkom then they made a plan to give me an extra 1GB to make it 2GB , this only lasted for few Months. Upon picking this up only late last year I contacted Telkom who now denied the 2GB promo and denied rectifying it by giving me 1GB. The consultant offered to restore my faith by giving me 500MB on top of my now 1GB , which also went on for a Few Months . My basket size increased , my data dilapidated quickly , it didn't last I got used to buying 2GB every week then it moved to me buying 2GB 30 min after purchase just opening my what's app text and responding to it , data depletes. I never got answers , every time I called nobody knew anything . Then finally o was relived . My contract was coming to an end , I was told if I want to end it I must fill in a cancellation form which was sent to me after . I filled it and sent it back in June,got automated response that that cancellation will take 21days and somebody will be in contact with me . It never happened , 21 days lapsed I called the call center where I was advised that no one knows where my form is that I must go to the store and do cancel there , telephonically I refused but went to the store the following day, I was assisted by Mpho in Clearwater store , she did the usual logged a case and as usual I never got feedback . Telkom continued debiting my account even for the headset . I got their attention by stopping the debit order , even so nobody contacted instead my line was locked and suspended for me not to be able to do anything on my phone . I can only do so on wifi which means I have to spend again now on topping up my wifi with data . 2days ago I went to the store the store to find out about my phone being locked , nobody knows anything, they said I will get feedback after 24 hours , it has been 48 hours , I went to the store again today nobody has answers. I then called 10210 around 7:37pm today and spoke to Londeka Shishi whom couldn't help me and said to me hey manager will call me , it's 9:51pm now I haven't received anything . I want nothing to do with Telkom, I will keep telling people of the horrible experience I received . What is standing between me and you now is for you to write off this debt , send me a paid up letter and update my ITC. This network has flabbergasted me in several occasions , I want compensation for my pain and suffering . I don't care what you say is outstanding I will not be paying a cent to Telkom .After taking my complaint to ICASA Now they want me to pay 1250 the cost I wouldn't have incurred if they processed my cancelation on time. This is denting my credit record, I can't buy cars, they must stop trying to debit my account. This incident caused me emotional pain, being sent from pillar to post for Months, losing business/income because I could not make calls. I want this balance written off, my ITC updated and a paid up letter sent to me. I will not be paying a cent for telkom's incompetence? Hell no. I do not care if you are meeting me half way, because my relationship with Telkom would have ended when my contract ended. I want Telkom to take all cost I incurred from when I canceled my contract. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
