Shop123.co.za. Totally pathetic service Worst service ever. Placed an order and paid for a gate motor on Friday 2024-03-08. According to their website it was in stock. I even contacted them before placing the order. I even requested to collect it at their pick up point the same day. They promised I could collect next day at 12:30. On which I declined as I had other commitments. Indicated they will deliver on Monday 2024-03-11. No delivery on Monday after lot of promises, eventuality on Wednesday only three quarters of the package was delivered with a promise to deliver the rest the same afternoon. Nothing was delivered, Wednesday they indicated they now have stock and will deliver. In the meantime I had the installer start to install the gate motor as the rest will be delivered that afternoon, but nothing. So the motor had to be un-installed. I then requested a refund on the outstanding goods. But with no luck. A promise was **** yet again to deliver on Thursday morning 2024-03-14. At 07:59 I got a message that it's ready for delivery. It was only delivered at 10:55. After I took a photo of the theft and ***** case Docket I was busy opening at the SAPS. You constantly have to ask for feedback
I applied for an online upgrade on 2nd August 2021 and now 2 weeks later I have no info on the upgrade nor received a phone. I went to a MTN store do an upgrade but they could not process as there is a open application on mondo, but if I do a track my application on their site it shows no application found. Their call center does not answer, the WhatsApp chat does not work properly. It is utterly the worst service !!!!!!!!!!! If there were minus stars I would give them minus 10
From October 2020 we have a problem with limited or no signal in our area (Lyttleton manor ext 1 Centrurion) I reported this to MTN coverage support desk with following ref numbers:[#3463574], [#4029960], [#4062445], [#4062445], [#4147856], [#4148190], [#4209407], [#4257792], [#4257800], [#4257817]. On each report they only reply with the ref no and that they will come back to me in either 10 working days or 2 working days. It is now almost 5 months and the problem is still not solved or any other solution offered. We are three people in our household and all of us have the same problem so it is not a handset problem. So we currently only have expensive paper weights i.e phones. When we try to do online banking we have to drive +/- 5km to conduct our banking as we need signal to receive the OTP from the bank. I forwarded the emails with reference numbers to the CEO as well and it was not even read. I find this totally unexpectable.
