Lies about stock availability
I chose to buy from them simply because they said they had the textbooks I required in stock but that was a lie. They only ordered the books from the publisher AFTER they took my money and when I enquired as to why it was taking so long, they admitted that they they did not have the books in stock. I asked for a refund as they could not tell me when I would receive my books. Very bad service! Don't order from them!

They will do anything and find any excuse not to pay your claim. Stay away.

Do not buy a car from this dealership!
<p>Roelof Hoegewind sold me a combi to transport my school children at his dealership Your Motor Broker in Stormvoel Weg, Pretoria. He told me the combi was in pretty good condition and had been checked by an auto-electrician and it was sound. He lied, there were so many problems with the combi that my mechanic told me to take it back immediately and get my money back. I took it back within 3 days of purchase and Mr Hoegewind refused to speak to me or take back the combi, even though his own terms and conditions stated that I had a week to return the vehicle if I was dissatisfied. I took it to the Motor Industry Ombudsman who, after a lengthy investigation, ruled that he had to take back the combi and retun my money, but he refused. It has now been referred to the Consumer Protection Council of SA. Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership! They are dishonest and do not recognise the laws of the country!</p>

These guys were awesome!
<p>Bought my combi from them after being ripped off by yourmotorbroker in Stormvoel Weg, Pretoria! Awesome service from the webuycars team from sales to finance. 3 years on and I'm still happy with my combi!</p>
