over charging your customers on already over priced coffee at the Roland street cafe is now costing you clients. when i mentioned the over charge to the staff they tried to make some terrible calculation reaching a higher total than what was invoiced only to back peddle and say no they aren't sure. out of pure frustration i left. our entire office will not be supporting this vida any longer as apparently this overcharge isn't the first.
I was issued with a vumatel installation invoice which i promptly paid and sent proof of payment to vumatel. Since August 2018 i have been harassed and accused of non payment despite re sending the proof of payment. Vumatel accounts department told me that everything would be sorted out and yet again this morning i receive an sms "reminding" me of my outstanding payment to vumatel. i think it is absolutely ridiculous that this situation is still ongoing and that no attempt has been made to rectify this from vumatel side.
<p>After a referral from a friend I took a chance and bought a set of parrellettes from the online store. Knowing that it was second hand gave the item more appeal. Unfortunately a lack of communication regarding delivery was the "best" part of my experience. When the goods finally arrived, not only was it not the same type as the item advertised on the website but it was also covered in dust. I contacted them via their Facebook page and they phoned me a few days later (due to the weekend). Apologies were given and a "sorry" package was sent which I thought was a nice gesture. When I received the parcel it contained a few odds and ends that will come in handy and a foam roller. I was excited about this.... only to find that the inner tubing of the roller was cracked in four places.</p> <p>very disappointing and I won't be buying from them again.</p>
