I made 2 bookings and asked in advance if both bookings could be joined as it is continuing also we old and don't want to drive far to the main area. I just booked in to be told I must move again tomorrow to a unit extremely far to walk. The lady from reservations calls me and tells me that they had discussions yesterday and they cant help me. to top it of she tells me that I WILL MOVE. She is literally demanding that I will move. I booked directly with Magalies Park resort and this is not my first time here. I have NEVER had such horrible experience. My short stay is all about packing and unpacking. The booked a spa treatment tomorrow morning as well because I was not suppose to be unpacking again to move rooms. Nobody called me in advance to tell me they cannot assist me. but called in this week again and this morning to confirm that I was surely coming to check in.
I have a Nedbank loan for a long while and NOT once have I skipped a payment. All of a sudden with no cause or justification they handled me over to the collections department and now they sending me sms,s that I am in arrears which again I am not. They deduct from my account every single month. Now on the 25th of March they sms says they going to double debit me, why ? I AM I NO ARREARS. I tried to call them and their agents just keep transferring me to wrong departments until I am eventually told they closed. This I have proof of on a recorded line. Their agents are suppose to be fais compliant but they not treating clients fairly according to the regulations set by the FSCA..They cannot put me into financial stress when there is not need for it. Again I have never ever missed a payment and their sms says that I arranged this double debit collection with them. All my calls are recorded and will be sent the NFO and Fais Ombud when needed. How on earth can you put someone that has never skipped a payment on a payment plan. This is even messing up my credit score.
I have had a Go Banking account with Nedbank since around 1998/2000. However in June 2019 Go banking does not exist any longer. I was not notified and my account was just changed to a transact plus account. I called in and changed my account to a savy Plus account with a monthly fee of R110. However they have never charged my this R110 but R416.50 and over. I called in July 2019 and a lady Nazeera assisted me said she will get back to me and nothing occurred In October 2019 I went to the Centurion Nedbank only to be told that only the call center can assist me because they changed my account to a Savy plus account (this is after waiting with a ticket for half an hour. I called the call center again and was assisted by a lady by the name of Tando who actually refunded me for the 3 months that I was incorrectly charged. Nazeera thereafter calls me (note: 2/3 months later) to confirm that she will keep my details and check that this incorrect fees are still not charged to me. However in October, November and December 2019 the same thing happens I am charged R416.50 and over for service fees instead of the R110. I even got an sms in December 2019 from Nedbank stating that my savy plus account will be charged R110 from Jan 2020. I tried calling the call center on numerous occasions and they always busy and I really do not have the time or energy for this wait. Today I called the call center again only to be transferred to 4 difference people and give my details and whole problem to every person and they push the call to someone else. I have now spoken to a friendly gentleman by the name of Phumlani who gave me a reference number 31138888 saying that a case is opened and the matter is escalated to his team manager. Now I wait to see what happens next. 6 months this issue has been going on and nobody can solve the problem. Just charge me the correct amount for a savy plus account is it so difficult. I am not a new customer and I have never had issues with Nedbank until JUNE 2019 to date. Please just refund me the additional money you keep charging me and update my fees for a Savy plus account.
<p>i was with Planet Fitness mega club Centurion via Discovery Vitality. It was myself , my husband (who is the main member on the medical aid) and my 2 kids.</p> <p>We were all not able to make regular visits to the gym anymore and therefore around March/April 2012 my husband called in and cancelled our whole family.</p> <p>Last year my kids and husband decided again to join a gym and went with Virgin Active via Vitality again with no issues.</p> <p>This Year January 2016, I decided to also join with Virgin Active via Vitality, however I was told by the Virgin Active consultant that their system says that I still have an active membership with Planet fitness.</p> <p>The consultant called Planet fitness with me present and was told to contact their call center.</p> <p>My husband and I have called the call center on numerous occasions and they send us back to the branch and then the branch sends us back to the call center.</p> <p>I personally visited Planet Fitness Mega Club in March 2016 to sort this issue out and was told by that only the call center can help</p> <p>They called the call center for me and I spoke to a lady there who advised me that I have an outstanding debt of R8500 and that this has been handed over to their lawyers.</p> <p>I told her that I cancelled in 2012 and I owe them nothing - They cancelled my husband and the kids and</p> <p>why did they not cancel me?</p> <p>I asked them to pull out the recording of when my husband cancelled the membership with them for all of us and the lady then checked on my husbands details and says that he was never a member of Planet fitness, which is a load of bull because even discovery vitality has confirmation that he was a member with them and than his membership was cancelled.</p> <p>They even went as far as to tell me that I was the main member with discovery which I am not and discovery will confirm this.</p> <p>From 2012 when my husband cancelled I have never had any phone calls, my work numbers postal and residential address has not been changed.</p> <p>I have not had any notification that I was still active at the gym or that I owe them any money until now</p> <p>when I had to find out this year almost 4 years later that they never cancelled me.</p> <p>I have now all of a sudden got a call from Saya debt collectors saying that I owe now R10 096,92 to which I told the</p> <p>consultant that I owe nothing to Planet Fitness - they did not cancel my contract on after we asked them to and that I am will to go to court to fight this case.</p> <p>The consultant then said well this is what I owe and I need to make an arrangement to pay this.</p> <p>I again said that I will not as I owe nothing - I cancelled the contract with Planet fitness and the last time I was there</p> <p>was in March 2012, never again.</p> <p>The consultant then hung up and then I receive an sms that I owe this amount of money.</p> <p>Really now it is over 4 years and this is the notification I am getting ?</p> <p>Planet never debited my account, never sent me any notifications of this and only when I try to go to another gym then they says that I owe them money and its the first time I hear of it - top it all I had to make contact with them first not them.</p> <p>I need this sorted out ASAP - I have been going back and forth with this since January this year</p> <p>My huband has also been sending them emails and calling them several times and nothing seems to be getting sorted.</p> <p>I will stand firmly that we cancelled in 2012 and I owe them no money what so ever.</p> <p>So please cancel my membership like you were suppose to already.</p> <p> </p>
