If I could give zero stars I would. Will never ever go back there in my entire life. Booked online to watch Avatar 2 at the IMAX at the Cape Town Waterfront, bought tickets online, get there and you they have "self service computers" to buy tickets which is the exact same as booking online basically, so even though you booked online, you still have to stand in the 1 and only line there is to get to redeem the tickets. This is also the same line where you buy popcorn etc which results a ridiculously long line because everyone is standing in the same line for different things. Also once you get to the front of this line they only then tell you they don't accept cash and that you cant place an order for anything without going back to a "self service computer" and ordinary and paying for it there and then coming back to "redeem" the voucher with your ticket. There are no signs anywhere informing customers of this. It's absolutely ridiculous. So after waiting about an hour for that and trying to go into the movie, there is another line and after waiting about an hour for that, we get told that apparently "due to loadshedding" the projector is fried and they don't have a spare one so the show is canceled and they'll give us tickets for another show on a different date. The fact that they don't have a backup projector is also absolutely ridiculous. We then had to stand in yet another line with the rest of the cinema to get a refund. The cinema still had the cheek not to apologize but to also take peoples half eaten popcorn and drinks back before giving them a refund. The very least they could have done was given them the rest of their snacks as an apology. Absolutely disgusting service. Wasted 3 hours of my life for absolutely no reason. Never seen such bad management in all my life. AVOID THIS CINEMA AT ALL COSTS, its an absolute joke.
I ordered a PS3 Game for a friend from Loot on 23 May 2020, they assured me in would be delivered in a maximum of 2 weeks times. It is now the 27th of June 2020, more than a month later and I still have not received anything. When I try to call them I can never get through and they have stopped replying to my emails, after giving an excuse every time as to why it cannot be delivered. The last email simply said that they don't know when it will be delivered. If I had known I would have received such disgusting service I would have not even bothered using them in the first place. I want a refund and will never be using this company again for anything and would never recommend them to anyone. They are clearly a bunch of scam artists.
I just went to Clicks at Parklands Piazza to pick up my monthly box of antidepressants. After waiting in a line for a ridiculous amount of time as usual at this Clicks in particular as (there are never enough tills open and they always only ever have 2 or 3 people working at a time) I finally get to the front only to be told that the box they gave me last month was the last one on the script. Then failed to inform me of this when I purchased it and therfore had no idea. They are supposed to put a sticker on which says last repeat script. After I explained this to the lady she said there was nothing she could do and refused to help me. I couldn't get an appointment with a doctor as it was late in the evening and they made a mistake which they should have taken responsibity for. After trying to reason with her she blatantly refused and said it wasn't her problem. I then went to Clicks at Westcoast Village and explained the situation and they sorted everything out and apologized. Needless to say it will be the last time I ever go to the Clicks at Parklands Piazza with that kind of disgusting service.
<p>DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR FERROLI!!! Took a newly rebuilt motor which I had gently been driving around for 2weeks to run in (never revved over 3000rpm or went into boost even once). Motor was perfect when i gave it to them and they gave me back a blown motor. Head gasket was blown and they cracked 2 pistons. They refuse to admit that they were wrong or accept any responsibility whatsoever for this. They won't even give me my money back after they admitted that they didn't even tune it and it blew before they had done any mapping. So they basically charged me to blow my motor. Roberto Ferroli couldn't give me any reasonable explanation as to what happened, except for blaming the pistons and saying they weren't strong enough meanwhile i ran the exact same pistons on 1bar of boost everyday for months with no problems (the compression ratio is 8.2:1 so this is nowhere near pushing it anyway). He simply got angry and stormed off like a child. Their company is a joke and anyone who cares about their car shouldn't go anywhere near this place.</p>
