Made a booking for a Lapa. Within 30 minutes i had to cancel as my granny had just passed away. I informed them immediately. Called and spoke to management and they agreed to do refund. After a day they said they unfortunately they cannot do a refund. I am totally disappointed as I did not expect this from them. Definitely wont be going there again.
My friend was scammed NY the above website Her name is Maria M Hudson. She ordered the cats and was told that they will be couriered. She paid th upfront Costs and realised after wards that the courier company did not exist. Please be careful when purchasing cats...
Our geyser was leaking and we called a plumber who informed us that it was burst. Called kwikot yesterday the 1st of June at 9H25am. We were sent a sms with a reference number and were told that there is a 24hour turnaround time. This morning only we were sent a name of a plumber who would attend to the call. I then called back around 11am to enquire when he would come. They put me through to the technician who insisted he called my husband to let him know that he would come through at around 1pm. We received no such call. It's now 14h30 and we have been with no hot water for 30 hours. Since reporting the issue no technician arrived, nor did anyone bother to follow up. I've called the 24hour number several times and no one answers. I find this completely unacceptable, as we are now sitting with no hot water. I am completely dissapointed with there service.
