Rietvlei Zoo farm - cancelation policy and money back issues - no feedback
Booked a venue - paid the deposit, later paid the balance. had to follow up numerous times. No communication sent regarding ''Cancellation policy'' and refunds. The event unfortunately got cancelled and I asked what the policy is and was told NO MONEY BACK. After calling and emailing numerous times again - I asked for the communication that states what the Policy is, was told because they failed to send methe info they will pay back the 50% amount. Emailed and asked for payment date, no reply. sent messages I get told it is still in processing and they don't know when I will get my money back. no one willing to assist with answers

Theft and assault and no one wanting to assist
Our vehicle was ****** from Rietvlei zoo farms parking lot on tin cup side ,Car guards on duty are seen texting and then leaving the scene for 15 mins while our vehicle is ****** and they are taking no responsibility for these actions and my fiancé was then assaulted by guards on scene apparently "external" guards but Rietvlei is not providing us with the details in order to trace the people involved,i would not recommend this place for any event or function as they choose to hire staff with no training and take no responsibility or assistance to resolve the issue at hand. Vehicles are ****** every week and nothing is being done and security not being held responsible for letting it happen and conveniently leaving the scene for 15 mins . You are not safe at this location as money is their only want and not the safety of their customers

Disrespectful receptionist
I'm an events planner therfore I always refer my customers to hire the Vanue's at Rietvlie zoo. But trust me, everytime I do my events there I get bad customer service from the 2 receptionist by the name of Anisha and Winnie. What they did on Sunday was the worsed and I will never ever refer my customers there or event do events there. They broke my heart in to peaces and I don't think I will ever get through this. Those two ladies has no customer experience, they disrespectful and they are very undermining. I don't ever want to see that place

Rietvlei Zoo Farm - So Inconsiderate
Made a booking for a Lapa. Within 30 minutes i had to cancel as my granny had just passed away. I informed them immediately. Called and spoke to management and they agreed to do refund. After a day they said they unfortunately they cannot do a refund. I am totally disappointed as I did not expect this from them. Definitely wont be going there again.

Rietvlei Zoo Farm - So Inconsiderate

Access denied into Rietvlei zoo farm
Yesterday my 2 year old son and younger brother were denied access into the picnic area, when we asked what the prices were, 2 workers said they will have to get permission first. My child has got nothing to do with the legal issues being dealt with.. Needless to say my 2 year old went home crying. Shame on you.

Worst place ever
The money greediest company out there!!! Will never have a function here. We could not even just stand in the parking lot for a few photos with the family before the security harasses you to pay an entrance fee!!!! What even!!! Haven't been treated like this ever!!! But when you look through the gate it is packed with people!!! What happened to covid?????
