Ordered a bed more than 10 days ago- Ordered never processed - got told again order was never processed and we have to wait 10 more days Got told today that they have no stock.. 10 more days !!!!!!! Do not order beds here. Promise a lead time of 10 days.. you wait 20 days.
Ordered and paid for internet to be installed LAST WEEK ALREADY- guys pitch Saturday without informing me - also don't bring enough cabling - come again today - won't install because the "line" is in the neighbors yard, Said its my problem to get it sorted ??? Very poor service - how do I cancel my order ??? If I have to do it myself why do I have to Pay for it to be sorted ??? Why say you have a line at my address if you do not ???????
cannot get through to the installations team, ordered and paid and an extra debit was taken off, off my account and no feedback to date, no one answers when you call , this is a constant issue and it is VERY frustrating .. I want my internet sorted ASAP or someone to call be BACK today - your customer service is VERY ****.
Booked a venue - paid the deposit, later paid the balance. had to follow up numerous times. No communication sent regarding ''Cancellation policy'' and refunds. The event unfortunately got cancelled and I asked what the policy is and was told NO MONEY BACK. After calling and emailing numerous times again - I asked for the communication that states what the Policy is, was told because they failed to send methe info they will pay back the 50% amount. Emailed and asked for payment date, no reply. sent messages I get told it is still in processing and they don't know when I will get my money back. no one willing to assist with answers
VERY BAD SERVICE - Not getting feedback on order placed 3 weeks ago, keep getting told I will get a call back etc. to date nothing. BEEN CALLING FEW TIMES A WEEK AND STILL NO ANSWER OR HELP. also no direct line of communication - wait 18min per call for an operator to assist.. yet NO ASSISTANCE at all.
Paid up my contract, was told after that that I need to request transfer of ownership, requested, was called etc. to date have not heard anything via mail about the ownership transfer I requested... no answer when you call customer care. horrible service - I need this account closed now. can't keep paying over and over. requested transfer of ownership again today .. hopefully the matter us sorted today.
