Scam Scam Scam.... Can an IT Guru please block or take down this site... People are loosing money left right and center.... If you ask for refund, they ask for your bank details.. No refund policy, procedures or forms sent, no email... WARNING DON'T US THIS COMPANY
This company service is rediculous, previous reviews are correct.. They do not respond to emails, you will struggle to get someone on the line.. I finally did speak to a person.. Asked what is happening with my order and why they are scamming people out of their money.. Response was they are not scammers... I requested a refund. They want my banking details.. So I stated send me a formal email requesting my bank details to process the refund with the refund request form.. And I stated I want to speak to the manager...
This is a scam guys. End of story. Took my money R4500 including R750 for shipping. Now today dog supposedly was delivered to courier to be delivered and I had to pay for a special crate. Also a scam. Pet-courier. Com. My bank contacted me straight away and said the account details were not for a business but a private person and the account is actually flagged as a scam. I'm down a puppy and 18000
April 2016 paid more that R50 000 to have roof waterproofed and painted. No problems until we went up to make sure our gutters were clean and we noticed the paint was peeling off in the creases of our ABR sheets, contacted Company for them to come out and they stated it was due to Hail damage and requited us for re waterproofing. my roof is not leaking. the paint is pealing off. After a telephonic call where I clearly and sternly stated my case and clearly again stated it is the paint, they mailed me stating that the roof did not look like that when they had finished the work in 2016. ?????? what has that got to do with the fact that the paint is peeling off now 16 months later. Sick of company trying to get out of having to supply after support and guaranteeing their work. now they want me to pay again.
<p>After buying and paying upfront for a R 9999 dress, we left the dress at the shop for safe keeping until the time was right for fitting. The we had the fitting and was advised two weeks later that the dress was sent out to another tailor due to their inhouse tailor being fired. This tailor then fitted additional pads in the bust area and attempted to take up the dress, he did this by cutting the tulle however this was done with the presision of an 8 year old. The bottom of the dress is now uneven, each layer of tulle is now of a different lenth to the next and the tulle has additional slices cut into it at an upward angle. This is a Matric dress and to our horror one of the owners of the shop who sold it to us and chose the tailor delivered the dress like this without checking it first before delivering to us the client. My daughter now has to wear this to her matric dance which is tonight and we have no other options available on such short notice. When i contacted the lady this morning to advise her she advised me that the tulle never matched.</p>
<p>Wow what can i say, three months of very high bills, continued requests for proof of where these huge data bundles (up to 11 GB in 1 week) at one point are being bought through, and that cell phone which aparantly bought them that week was not even in a cell coverage area as we were on holiday and there was no reception. Once i complained and it was noted on the system that it was under investigation the data bundle buying stopped but then the next month it appeared on my second line and my account jumped by almost R 1800. I complained again contacting the powers to be, Mr R G... who then put my query forward to one Mr J G ... how phoned me once and never contacted me back, i then complained again almost 2 weeks later and then i was contacted by a Mr W J L.... who promised me lists of usage, lists of cell towers used and sites visited, again waited another week asnd a half and now i have had to complain again yesterday. I cannot stress the dissatisfaction i feel with MTN and cannot believe that they really dont care if there is a complaint as obviously they feel their client base is large enough that little old me does not even make the slighted ripple in their clear blue pool of money. Where do i go for help i feel abused as a client and just a cash cow. My bills over the last 4 months have amounted to over R 10500 . I want this ammended.</p>
