The partnership between Woolworths’ financial services (Credit Card) and ABSA is just hopeless. All I needed and asked of them was to register and transact using their online banking. I know it’s possible to do internet banking using Woolworths credit card but for some reason both ABSA San Ridge and Woolworths’ Financial Service call Centre have no idea how to register a client or reset internet banking pin. Both of them are not sure who should do what and they kept referring me to the other party. Both ABSA San Ridge and Woolworths’ Financial Service call Centre level of competence is just appalling and pathetic to say the least. The poor consultant, at ABSA San Ridge, who was supposed to help but had no idea what to do, even enquired from other Branches and her Customer Service Manager. However, both the other branch and ABSA San Ridge Manager apparently also had no idea how to register for internet banking. Kanti what are people doing in these offices. Today I got the shock of my life at the sheer incompetence. To try help both Woolworth’s financial service and ABSA San Ridge I even gave them my cellphone so that they can talk together and find a solution but they still failed and at the end I was not helped. I was finally told we don’t know what to do and therefore we can’t help you. SHOCKING HEY……This is probably the worse service I have received ever.

However since I have a movable cover with Miway I lodged a claim for repairs. After lodging the claim I even went to run at the GYM using the same watch which proves that the watch was working. Miway the approved the claim and appointed INNOVATEC Repair to collect and fix the watch. Innovatec assessed the watch and concluded that the watch was still working and only the top glass needed to be replaced. Now in the process of replacing the top glass they seem to have messed up my Apple Watch and now the watch apparently doesn’t work at all. Even worst they are claiming that the watch was not working when it was received (this is a lie as the watch was fully function). These people were negligent with my watch and now they don’t want to take responsibility. Miway contracted this company but they are not being very helpful. They are taking forever to give me answers. This is some terrible service. All I want is my watch in the condition it was in when it was collected. This can’t be very hard to do. Miway appointed a doggy service provider and they must deal with them and get me my watch back. If the watch is not returned functional tomorrow I will have to pay penalties to discovery for not meeting my weekly goal. This is not on. Be careful when you take your items to Innovatec, this guys messed up my watch and won’t even take responsibility like a responsible company would. A guy called Dale at Innovatec has been the least helpful. Not even willing to investigate what happened so that it doesnt happen again to other people's items.</p>

<p>It’s always a pleasure when you phone a service provider and their representative is knowledgeable on a subject and takes time to listen to you. This is what Khulu Ngema from my Miway was, very helpful and a joy to talk to. She took time to listen to me and was only eager to assist accordingly. I wouldn’t mind phoning again or recommending Miway services to friends and family based on the level of service she provided. I hope Miway knows how valuable employees like her are in retaining and keeping us or clients happy. Thank you for the effortless yet awesome service. Keep it up. I don’t shy away from writing when people do bad hence I found it fitting to also write about this great work.</p>
<p>Vodacom upgrade department is just hopeless. All agents sound very competent, friendly and helpful when you phone but once you drop the phone nothing happens for some reason. I placed an early upgrade order on Saturday and was assured all is well and I will receive my new device before Friday (I can’t remember the name of the agent but I phoned from ********** ). I waited for the delivery but for some reason decided to phone and follow up on Tuesday. This is when I got the shock of my life, the order I had placed was not loaded. Was in shock coz I wanted the phone by Thursday for my trip. Anyway I raised the issue with some team leader and was told they will listen to the recording and get back to me. They never got back to me (I phoned from ********** 531 and spoke to Kgomotso). Anyway I phoned again using ********** 531 and spoke to Felicia. She told me instead of waiting for the recording I should just order a new phone as this will be quicker. So I went ahead and ordered a new phone with her and her team leader (Brian). This time the order was place but later cancelled. What’s worse about this one is the fact that no one told me that the order was cancelled. I only found out the following day when I phoned from ********** 531 and spoke to Boitumelo. As if the above was not enough, I ordered another phone today with Boitumelo assisted by her team leader. However as you can guess when I phone few minutes ago I was told that even this third order was never loaded i.e. it is nowhere to be found in Vodacom system. Now I am leave tomorrow and I have no phone. Secondly I was supposed to get a R299 deal for an IPhone SE. However that deal has been discontinued because of Vodacom’s incompetency and now I have to pay R379 pm for an IPhone SE 64G. This is truly unacceptable but again this seems to be Vodacom’s standard. Vodacom has failed me in a big way. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!</p>
