Dieter and the team assisted me with a full service removal of a 1 bed into a storage facility and then 6 months later from that facility to a 2 bed elsewhere. Punctual, respectful of each other, all belongings perfectly wrapped, packed & secured. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :-)
TERRIBLE SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN. We hosted 15 person baby shower today at the restaurant: WAITRESSES LOOKED ANNOYED/LAZY/NOT IN THE MOOD, ZERO help with set up, they didn't take drinks orders from guests even after we asked 3 times, they did not bring cutlery with food, our welcome platters for guests were VERY LATE. If we needed help it took us 10 minutes to FIRST FIND THE WAITRESSES IN THE BUILDING. A simple order of 2 teas took 20 mins to arrive. The CHEF took pics of our set up on her phone in front of us without asking us first. NEVER AGAIN.
AFRIHOST WANTING TO CHARGE ME FOR A ROUTER 3 YEARS AFTER I REQUESTED SERVICE AND GOT NOTHING??! 3 years ago I requested service from AfriHost. They sent a router immediatey. After MONTHS of not hearing back, they told me they are not the fibre provider in the area. I then moved to another complex. They took months to respond once again. I then went with another ISP who could assist me in time. Last week, THREE YEARS after my initial request, they have emailed me saying they will now charge me for the router and cancel my fibre order. Its been 3 YEARS. This looks a lot like someone is trying to trying their luck and trying to retrieve money from wherever they can given the COVID situation. why am i being charged for a router when i waited for 3 YEARS FOR AN INSTALLATION?
Complete joke of a company. I requested a fiber installation four months ago and nothing happened. They then debited my account when I do not have a router from them, or any internet services. Ended up going with another ISP who has me connected with 10 days. Now I just go through the admin of blocking the debit order on my account.
<p>wont go into detail but i was threatened and harrassed in public by paul and he demanded an extra R600 upfront for a mistake he made , otherwise he would keep my fridge and couch. dont use, no matter how good the quote. </p>
