Refund not received - Betway SA20 PCvDSG, 3 Jan, Centurion
TicketPro does NOT refund as promised! Please provide feedback with regards to the refund? As per mail received on 16 January 2026 I was to allow 7-14 working days for refund to reflect. The 14th working day was then 5 February 2026 Currently today 17 February 2026 I have yet to receive the refund or feedback from TicketPro?

Best place to order your canvas. Everything done online, you can "preview" your prints if you would like to zoom in or not. They also do fridge magnets and more. Proper quality!! Delivered quite fast. I

Online disaster Order
I placed and paid for an order online on 30 March 2022. Order has been stuck on "Shipped" since the 30th of March 2022, order shows it is due 6 April 2022. Todat, 8 April 2022, after phoning the call centre I was advised that the Courier does not even have the parcel onboard, already 2 days later than advised date, and that they would now need to arrange for urgent delivery, but can't give a date, might only be on the 10th of April. Pathetic, no communication from MRP side.
