Mapaseka Dinake from OnePlan Pet Insurance assisted me via OnePlan's Whatsapp number today. Mapaseka was very efficient, friendly and helpful. There was a issue with delivery of the card in December 2021, but when I followed up today, Mapaseka arranged for a courier to deliver it the same day, before 16:00 and even confirmed the address on their system. I also submitted a claim whereafter I received assistance from Mapaseka within minutes. I'm very impressed and happy with the service!

Claims are not approved. When contacting customer service, we only get treated unprofessionally. Queries are not resolved and we only get vague responses and unhelpful consultants. Ourselves and our doctor has been trying to query the claim with Bestmed but neither of us receive feedback.
It was our first claim with them and the first time we have taken out pet insurance. Our dog got ill so we had a vet bill. We were reimbursed within a week after our claim was submitted to Dotsure which was really surprising and wonderful! The only thing I would have changed was that they settle the bill directly with the vet as opposed to you paying the vet and getting reimbursed as we don't always have the funds available upfront. But we were reimbursed fairly quickly so it wasn't a problem. We are happy clients :)
A Company used Courierit to deliver their products to me. Two weeks after my order, the company accidentally arranged delivery to the wrong address so they booked same day delivery on their costs to correct their error. This was arranged early in the morning. By 14:40 the package was still not even COLLECTED! Please note the collection and delivery is 5 km apart. When emailing the account manager, the only excuse she can come up is that "our JHB branch is struggling to get hold of the sameday driver". I cannot explain my frustration and feel like I should at least be reimbursed in some way.
<p>About 5 years ago I signed up for Homechoice as I wanted to see their products. Not long afterwards, they started calling and calling and calling me every day (sometimes more than once) to ask if i would want to purchase anything. Everyday I would say no and to remove me from their list. However, they kept on phoning every day. I eventually lost my temper and they stopped harassing me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now, 5 years later they phone me more than once a day repeating the above harrassment ! FOR PETE'S SAKE - can you stop harassing me?!! This should be illegal and a invasion of privacy! I am too scared to answer my phone as I don't know if it is a client or Homechoice. I also saw another review here from someone with the same problem. Someone - DO SOMETHING!!</p>
