<p>I'm a keen fly fisher and i invested in a Xplorer Backpack and Chest pack, however after a few uses the strap of the backpack ripped out, i could clearly see that it was a factory fault. i contacted John Geils at Jandi Trading and they assisted me instantly. i send them the backpack and after they looked at it they notified me that they will replace it at no cost. this is truelly great service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks for the team at Xplorer for the great product but more importan the aftemarket service i recieved.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regrads,</p> <p>Jaco</p>
<p>I lodged a complaint with Nedbank after I found 4 fraudulent transactions. All 4 was at the same place on 4 different dates. All 4 transactions did't have a sms notification unlike all the other transactions I make. I have not been to that place since a few years back. After a few weeksNedbank replied "chip and pin present". </p> <p> </p> <p>I went to the brach and they said we must open a fraud case and i did exactly that. After weeks again Nedbank said "chip and pin present". Now i was getting really irritated, not one person contacted me and they just said "chip and pin present". </p> <p> </p> <p>The bank manager told me he can't assist me any longer and I must lodge a complain on the website. I did that and recieved an email that there is some one that will assist in this regard and finally i thought i will be givin some service atlast. Only to get an email that read "chip and pin present". </p> <p> </p> <p>On the complained I send them I asked, does "chip and pin present" mean that my Chip card can't be cloned but no-reply. I also qeuried why for that 4 transactions why wasn't there a sms notification? They told me that he sms notification was deactivated? Only the 4 transactions I queried? Surely someone was suppose to see that there is indeed a few red flags that needed proper investigation?</p> <p> </p> <p>I want to know how was it possible that i used my Chip card and the transaction went through without a pin? Are nedbank not suppose to protect their customers against fraud and that money can't leave our accounts without our approval which in this case will be the pin. Not once in all of this investigations did Nedbank contact me for info or to find out why do I lodge complain after an investigation?</p> <p> </p> <p>How safe is my savings and investment accounts if you can't even protect my Current account and surely Nedbank has a responsibilty to respond in a acceptable manner to a fraud case, unlike this we don't give a damn attitude and arrogant response of "chip and pin present". </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
