The following complaint was posted on 4 December 2017. I am still paying for a contract that I never signed for. Misleading call from mtn on my landline I was phoned on my landline. Two ladies told me that I was going to be rewarded with paying a lower fee on my contracts. they told me the reason was that MTN clients were complaining about the service and that they did not want people to go to other service providers. They mislead me with wrong info. They told me they would send me papers to sign to get lower fees. Two days later I got an email to thank me for applying for a new contract. SEQ NO: UV ********** DEALER CODE: 405289. I don't want this new contract. Utterly misleading.
Previously my husband complained on the website about PnP Doringkloof, having dirty fridges with raw chicken blood. The complaint also included the store's habit of switching off their fridges overnight. We also complained about the express counter and the kiosk counters. To date, we had no response to our complaint on PnP's website. Today I was in the store again, watching the wet floor and seeing trolleys loaded with frozen goods, which the packers were pacing and repacking into the fridges. There always seems to be something wrong with their fridges. Another problem at this store is the fact that they are always understaff. The poor consumer has to queue forever. Whether you go there at 5pm or at 9pm, customers will always be waiting. Today I bought two chocolates and was not even communicated to at the till. Service is bad.

<p>I organised a small birthday party at Cafe 41. Greg responded promptly to my query and I was impressed. On arrival the table was beautifully set with flowers and all! I was impressed! Much appreciated! The staff were alert and friendly and they attended to everything we needed. The lady on duty was excellent and ensured that everything proceeeded smoothly. Thanks so very much. The drinks, platters and cake were divine. Most importantly, VUSI was just spectacular. This is the waiter of all waiters. Sharp, super-efficent, friendly and full of initiative. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Vusi, you are the best and a true asset to this wonderful cafe.... Cafe 41, thanks again.....</p>
<p>In the Centurion store, in the meat section, Kobus cut a "lamb rack" for a special occasion. </p> <p>He was friendly, knowledgable and assisted with the best service in Pretoria!</p> <p>Thank you Cobus for excellent service.</p>
