Had my fibre line severed accidently and logged an ISP ticket with Axxess to escalate to Vumatel on the 3rd if October 2022. I did this twice after that again, just for Axxess to re-log a new ISP in each instance, without having prior history or knowledge of my previous call ins. This has almost been 2 weeks without fibre which is frustrating and if I did not have to give 30 notice for a fibre cancellation would've done it yesterday - to safe money (on a service) does not always adds to the service you get.
No fuss/BS, to the point cardealer, who is true their word, service and delivery - you don't get them anymore. Bought my vehicle there about 6 weeks ago and realized I had a slow coolant leak somewhere...practically impossible to pick-up with a pre-sale delivery inspection.Phoned them for some details as I wanted to put it through the warranty, on which they insisted I return the car to be fixed. Got it back 5 days later. Thanks Aaron
